Not really, both Ballas and Grove Street share connections with crips and bloods irl. Grove Street is based more on Hoovers (which are crips too and they wear orange) and Ballas on Grape Street. Even tho GSF throw up piru gang signs, they are still more attached to Hoovers, and Ballas too because they throw up signs of certain crip sets. In the finally release of GTA SA, GSF wear green, a color that crips and bloods wear.
