Mountune MR230 Install- 2017 Fiesta ST

- In this episode we install Mountune's MR230 kit on Brews 2017 Ford Fiesta ST named #generalst . This kit includes a larger intercooler and silicone piping, a roll-resistor or solid rear motor mount, a 200 cell catted downpipe, full 2.5 inch catback exhaust, and a Cobb tuner pre-programmed with Mountunes performance tune which squeezes the maximum safe horse power and torque. This video is intended to be an installation guide for those who wish to install the whole kit on their fiesta in a weekend or less.
The kit was simple and straight forward to install. Only took typical hand tools and a little elbow grease. The engine bay in the Fiesta ST is a little tight but with some thought and the help of a buddy there's no reason the entire swap couldn't be done in 8 hours. I didn't want to cut the exhaust but chose to do it to save time and because I don't plan on returning the car back to stock.
There will be more videos to this install including the before and after dyno runs to give you horsepower and torque gains from my stock numbers. Also a real-world review of how the car feels and reacts to the modifications. *Note* I purchased this kit from Mountune at full price and they are in no way sponsoring me. Also this is a guide and if you are not mechanically savvy or don't feel you can handle this installation then please consult a professional.

Great video and explanation of every step. I really appreciated that you took the time to voiceover with detailed explanation of each step taken. MR230 in Europe includes cam timing. In the US, is that included in the map thats uploaded to the ECU? Im asking this because I didnt see you do the cam timing. Im looking forward to your next video with the dyno comparison and the real world review. I also have this kit on my ST and I have also dynoed and logged it so Im curious as to your results. Based on my experience so far, its the best 1stg kit out there, both in performance and in reliability.

Great video mate, I’ve been thinking about getting this kit fitted as I currently have the Mountune MP215 upgrade and love how much better it is than the standard car.

Do you need to order hose clip kit for this package or is this included? I can only see 2x on the picture and the package for clip kit contains 12x.
Thought the cam timing is altered on the mr230 mk7!
