Jaffna was way different before . i visited their during ceasefire the architecture, lifestyle vehicles were totally from another era. now the Jaffna town looks like wellawatta. but it will soon become more different since now north eastern provinces handed over to diaspora. its almost a part of india.
Why cant you just go to Tamil nadu?
