glad to see you back, Sam! Personally, I'd want more of the lecture style videos - because they're densely packed with info and are just so valuable. I'd watch them once and it'd change my life forever. Like the 'How to make Decisions' video. Or the 'Why You Can't do the Work' video. Especially the 'How Billionaires Think' video. I watch that pretty much once every quarter and my brain always digs out new golden nuggets. While it'd make sense to remove it as you're not targeting beginners anymore, I think we'd all really appreciate it if you'd share what you learned in your future videos!

It is interesting how a creator based business has problems with scaling beyond a certain point. Having $5m revenue per year and scaling it to $30m per year changes all the metrics, costs shoot up and efficiency goes down. However, I also feel that the conversions coming from not having to advertise so much nowadays might be an effect of having advertised a lot before - which makes your name a household brand. I strongly believe that I wouldn't be in Quantum if not for Consulting Accelerator. And 2 years back, I wouldn't have joined anything for more than $2k.
Although I'm sure you know there are many people who handily scale past 30mm per year by replacing themselves with A players, I truly admire that it's not all about the money for you and that your priorities of being there for your family and sticking to your guns by doing what you love. This video was a breath of fresh air brother!

Sam, words can't describe how I appreciate your content. I am very happy that you successfully downsized your company while increasing profits and that you leveled up your family game too! However, I am not sure that turning this channel into diary is a good idea. Your mindset, principles, frameworks, etc is what changed me. You fix our mentality and highlight the important things. For many of us you serve as a remote mentor. I am deeply interested in your knowledge, decision making process, philosophy if you may. I vote for this channel to remain as educational and invaluable to young entrepreneurs as it has been. UA-cam and other SNs have more than enough diaries, vlogs, useless entertaining content, that when I encounter indeed valuable content as yours I am ready to support it even financially with donations. I mean, I am ok if you occasionally post videos like that to describe what is going on. But don't substitute the current theme of your channel with that kind of stuff. Thank you!
I think that it would be of immense value to watch the man act in real life rather than just repeat concepts, I love the idea of the diary. I don’t think you can milk the same information forever, it’s not like it’s going to be deleted! (I hope not!!)
Agree with all the posts above. BUT. Sam did say he wasn't enjoying the way he was doing his videos before... I'm curious to see what's in store and I'm sure we can still learn a lot. Instead of learning in a lecture format, we can learn directly from the way the man lives his life and makes his decisions
