I really wished this game was on consol there is not a open world game like this were you fight endless hords of ai enemies with a complex physics engine and good mechanics

With the controls it would be quite rough since there's two seperate keybindings for vehicle control, and the aiming would be rough unless you let ai do everything for you
But sadly very sure this will never come to consoles
As far as I remember the only new things coming is plasma cannons and bug fixes
vehicle creation for factions is handled mostly by the community and older vehicles are slowly being phased out and replaced with newer ones
