If you own your own villa and you're living here with a car and paying private heath - 1,000 pounds a month. Other parts of Spain may be more or less. :)

Shaun which level off health care you buying and how much do you pay ?

Depends on your age and heath problems. Like all insurance policies - you need to read the small print! We are in our early 60s and pay just over 200 euros a month and that's with dental care. Each year this will rise and it may depend where you live in Spain. It gives you some understanding of cost and how much to live on :)
