Thanks for sharing. Generally prices have increased throughout Spain. Spanish NIE you can get from your the Spanish consulate office in your country. Costs about €12euros and is valid for the rest of your life, even if you do not use it. Even for buying a small washing machine you need a Spanish NIE.

Never say anything is cheap there ! Prices are reasonable, otherwise prices are increased and that is why locals are angry at house prices are out of reach for the Spanish !
