Btw she must be accustomed to vlogging, Snapchat, IG anything that involves a camera because she was working for the camera 😂😂😂 I was like "go ahead girrrrl, we can see how you're handling your business". She did an amazing job.
That was actually her first time lol but she caught on really quick ...I was like yasssss angles and close ups....it made my editing much easier lol

The best beautician I've seen on youtube straightening natural hair. She did an excellent job on your hair. I can tell she knows how to handle natural clients hair with care. The last time I went to a beautician was a year ago. I maintained my own hair care after I became natural. However, If your beautician was in my hometown I would definitely go to her.
Randomn story time.. I went to the hair salon for my first time to get a haircut & hair flat iron. Oh lawdd this poor hair salonist said she never had done such thick hair as mine.. 👀 so I put my faith in her.. Bruh we it took her 6 hours total I’m sure to finish my hair... and guess what? my hair was short.. isn’t hat suppose to ease the time? worst salon😂 OMGOSH that’s not the ending.... I told my friend earlier that day very day that my hair can tell the weather it rains every time I straighten my hair. I took one step out that salon & thunder sound pouring rain 🌧😂😂😂 Omgosh 6 HOURS waiting... & the rain damped my hair that already looked messed anyways ahahaha we died laughing running in the rain.

Janae Mason yes let them know! Also holding on to damaged ends allows the damage to travel further up the shaft resulting in more needing to be cut off eventually/less length retention! Let it go!

I'm a cosmetology student and technically when you get your ends trimmed it does not make your hair grow any faster. Hair that is grown out is dead but the hair that iss budding out of your scalp is alive. Also dont go every 2 weeks to get a trim because your hair grows about 1/8''-1/3'' every month so cutting that off every 2 weeks just makes your hair appear to never grow.

Brianna Fregia as an 11 year veteran of hair. You are correct for people who have slow growing hair. My hair grows a whole inch every 4 weeks. I get a trim no less then once a month, my hair and nails grow annoyingly fast, but I also have healthy hair because I take good care of it with my balayage and great products. Good luck once you get out into a salon! You will love it! Everyone's hair is unique and I love challenging hair, never stop learning and you'll never stop loving what you do! ❤️

That's true but it prevents hair from splitting up the shaft which can make it look like no hair growth has appeared at all

3 months ago and I will Probably never ever go back. Went for a sew in and had to flat iron my leave out. She didn't put Any heat protectant and cut 3 inches of my hair with a razor blade. Suffered heat damage. Oh and the sewin was too tight so I took it out the same night. My head was bleeding 😕. But I bounced back. #imgood

The last time I visited the salon was 17 or 18 days ago! I have a very frizzy, dry, wavy-curly hair and I need a lot of trimming because of my bad split ends. I know split ends need to be trimmed at a regular intervals! Nice hair transformation it was though!
I live in Michigan. I'm thinking about going to visit this salon in a couple of weeks. I just looked at their reviews on Google and I see that Ashley got a review saying that she is rude. One of my biggest pet peeves is dealing with a rude person.
Crystal, on the hand, received raving reviews. I may go to this salon, but see Crystal instead.

Sadly, 1 week ago. It was my first time having my hair in a silk press or blow out pretty much since going natural 3 years ago. This was to be my first trim as well. My ends were really, really bad. She took 2 to 3 inches off in some areas and I still had hair that was bra strap length (to my shoulder blade). I am a 4c. Unfortunately, the press did not take and she kept straightening... she straightened hair at least 2 times before putting curls in it. Within minutes of getting into my car, my hair had already started to poof up. I know something was going wrong. But I did not say anything because I did not want her to try again. And I hated having all that heat on my hair. I tried to keep the press for the next few days but with the humidity, it just did not work. Rather than continue to subject my hair to heat, I put several leave-in conditioners on it with water and coconut oil. I then flat Twisted it into a style. I'm terrified now of what my hair condition will be. 2 to 3 inches will come back but it was work.
Ari Aslan Sometimes first time press don't work out because your hair has to be heat trained, being that u had not used heat on your hair in years, if you was to go back in a couple of months if would probably do better, then I wonder if it was the tools or products she used
