Only thing I’d change is that back molle back part on the H harness. That looks like it’ll trap body heat and doesn’t seem breathable. Maybe mesh might be a better option and get rid of the molle altogether?

I expect that all of your fabrics are IR compliant but I don't know how to find out the information without asking somebody unless it's listed somewhere and I didn't see it on the web page. Is it just expected for companies that make gear for professionals?
I'm very interested in buying this piece of equipment. It looks a little tall on the waist however, can it be worn with a rucksack that has a waist belt such as the MOLLE 2K/4K rucks? I love the fact that this belt is made entirely of MOLLE and is entirely modular. The shoulder pads are also very nice!
It definitely can, the straps are adjustable so you can set your preferred height. We posted a picture on our Instagram showcasing our belt with a rucksack on October 31st 2023 if you want to check it out.
If I could make only one change to your pouches it would be to sew the female buckle to the pouch allowing for much easier closing of the pouch with one hand
We made a few updates to the setup. We removed the included mag pouches so you have the freedom to choose the ones that best fit your needs. Additionally, we streamlined the options by removing the choice of different harnesses. However, if you prefer the original configuration and pricing, you can easily achieve it by replacing the Molle Yoke and Shoulder Pads to an H harness to your setup. This way, you can customize your rig exactly to your liking.
I would have bought one if I didn't already have a Warrior Assualt Systems one. I do like the look of your chest rig/split rigs though. You guys need more eyes on your products, you're making well thought out gear

The belts, you should make them swappable. With inner hook loop. I have a KORE ratcheting molle belt. I'm going 2 butcher and mod.

Hey, very interested however, does this kit work with a traditional ruck like the CAF issued ruck or the mystery ranch blackjack rucks?
This is typically used as the sustainment kit itself, like as a smallpack on a recce, if you are wearing FFO you shouldn’t be wearing a ruck
