I experienced the same death softlock for the flower boss on the dragon boss, right as it was changing from phase 2 to 3, so maybe there's just a real specific moment or frame as the animations are changing where it can softlock. Also I was hoping to see the eyeball glitch for phase one of the phantom express. Sometimes the position and therefore hitboxes of the eyes would just suddenly change without anything else changing on screen. It's still a great game, glad to hear the developers are working on it!

You only get one during a fight but you can do it during the fight too. So dodge some bullets while you grow your army of Mugmen.
