Love the straight digging into how much you dislike the trailer at the start fair review from experiance and that goes a long way
Hi Stavros, yeah, those bulkhead holes for straps are a nightmare. The times I’ve picked up a loaded trailer and had to struggle up a ladder to get them out! Crazy time consuming nonsense. All well and good if you never want to use them. But we do use them. Great channel 👍
I'm so glad I driving a dry box trailer. Get loaded and close the doors, plus it's better security for the load, don't have to worry someone cut a hole with a knife on the side of the trailer. Thank you for the video . Stay safe everyone ! We don't have to much choice, but keep on trucking.
Well it’s Sunday , so it’s time for a fantastic video from Stavros!! Cheers mate!
Guuuud night Stavros lol. Absolutely cracking video with lots of crucial info, specially on that dennisson trailer. Well done buddy. Stay safe Stavros. And keep em coming. And yep, your opinion's are very valid, very experienced. ♥
Great review of the trailer and electric pallet jack Stavros. Soft drink distributors here in Florida use electric pallet jacks and box trailers with tail lifts for service station deliveries. Beats using hand trucks for sure. TheDennison trailer looks as if it’s the standard off the shelf build. The electric pallet jack needs to be able to free wheel and should equal the lifting power of the best standard jack! Stay safe everyone, 🏴🇺🇸
Hi stavros great vid as always I'm a rigid driver I pass your depot all the time on Friday I saw the new scania outside dps it looks a real beauty stay safe and I would like to say hydraulic and pallet truck services are one of our main customers for years
Stay safe out thre stav.. Hopefully things get back to normal soon.. No car shows no rally I'm going nuts already.. LOL
Video of outakes would be brilliant!
Great video as usual Stavros. You may forget about letting a forklift over the floor of that trailer, only suitable for pallet truck which is a shame. I agree with you 100% on the roof straps, you need one big opening right across the headboard, the driver should always be consulted when specifying the trailer. The electric pallet truck 👍, it would be great if you could charge it off the 24V. The new Scania👍👍. Thanks for the look around Stavros, WASH your hands and stay safe out there 👋😎
Review a bus for the craic stavros, will you be driving the new s580?
Another great video stavros! 👍👍🇮🇪
Great video as always.
Great vid love the bloopers at the end!! Are you taking over the new 580???
Your eye for detail is amazing!
Cheers!
Hey stravos really enjoy your new videos on sundays. I’m just wondering if you could do one of your videos on what you guys call tipper trucks that’s what I drive in the states is a RD 888sx Mack coal truck. With a bed that’s 108 inches wide. 100 inches deep, and 22 foot. I’d like to see how the dump trucks over there are set up. Thanks in advance and keep the great videos coming and be safe out there.
I wonder if ya will be putting up any customised name plates etc on the dash or mud flaps when ya get her on the road Stavros????
Well wear boyo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome Stravros
Great video stavros ,and stay safe 👍👍👍
As always a qality and awsome vid
Quality**
Morning Stavros, Hope you’re keeping yourself well & safe fella in these very worrying times around the world. Great video with some excellent content with regards to trailers & pallet-trucks. The new S580, will that be your new truck once it’s ready for your company you work for to use? The V8 still is & always will be without any doubt the legend in both North/South of Ireland for the truck drivers of days gone past and current day! Cheers Fella, Mickey
Nice one Stav.
You are awesome brother...top class❤✌
Hi.
Great video as always.
I can't wait until you get your hands on the new Volvo FH and take a good look at it.
I drive an FH500 2017, 24 meter, in sweden with almost 500,000 km on it. Like it a lot.
Nice one Stavros stay safe mate. P.S. V8's are the best. Cheers, Greg, Arrowtown. NZ.👍
Stavros. When you said on your video that you were getting Craig to put Rory Lynch on the back of that Scania....does that mean that you’ll be the one driving that new one, or is someone else going to? Either way, awesome video as always bud!👍 Cheers from across the pond here in Alberta, Canada👍
Love the video as always.
Is the new V8 going to be your new truck?
Hiya stavros. Sorry if ive missed it. Is the s580 going to be your new motor mate?
You mention the lifting capacity of the electric one is lower but does it really matter? My manual pallet truck will lift 2.5 tons but try moving it! Even a 1200kg pallet is really hard to move with a manual truck. Considering most tail lifts have a limit of 1000kg it doesn't really matter. Nice review all the same though!
Why do your trailers have super singles as opposed to our trailers here in Australia & other countries which have dual tires on the end of each axle. Nice video as always.
we have dual wheels mostly on double deckers. probably saving costs
Less rolling resistance. Some applications call for duals in trailers though, but most semi trailers seem to be with singles.
If the semi-electric pallet truck runs out of battery completely bottom left of the back wheel there are three Alan keys in like a triangle shape. top one and bottom left turn clockwise to looses takes the break allowing you to still use it if its in the way. The company i work for have a fleet of them for the day drivers.
Review a mounty moffett for the craic.. love all your vlogs
Susie the power and air connections? Or just the power?
Did I meet you driving a silver daf with tipper trailer today in near garristown
Good info sire thanks
Just wondering if you are driving that New S580 or not?
Hydraulics and pallet truck services I deliver for them 👍👍👍semi electric handy to have in back off truck
I like my old jungheinrich ele 116 becase of the battery
Cheers enjoyed ;-)
Where the T cab scania gone?
👍
Curious to know: do European drivers usually unload or load their own trailers with their own lifts? Because in my experience over in Canada and the US, all I've ever had to do so far is pop the doors, smack the dock, and let the boys inside do all the heavy lifting. ._.
As you can see the trailer he’s on is called a curtain side. You pull it back and a fork lift driver loads and unloads. Some places you deliver to will have a rear lift or ramp in which you will have to use the pallet trucks to move the load from the trailer through the back doors onto the lift. Usually supermarkets etc.
Visit Norfrig trailer maker in Sweden 👍🏻
In auto texting your name was translated to Step Rose and not Stavros.
How its price only for this vehicle without truck?
You would think pallette would jack up on its own
Can you review volvo fh12
can you do some normal non review vlog videos. like a truckers POV type of video of you just driving.
Im sorry this comment is probably disastrous I didn't sleep well
They don’t like the rain
Is wood floors common in continental europe?
Never had anything but steel or aluminium floors in my trailers.
Those have not been curtain walls? (struggling with the terminology here)
Greetings from Norway
why dont they paint the wood on the floor or at least treat it with something to stop it rotting
Iveco S Way ???
Old fashion trailer dude KRONE is 10 years forward.
Just give tips for Beginning trucker.
It's realy heavy duty the normal box truck will collapse if you take the sides off must have heavy duty type frame in usa are semi trailors the bottom sides of box tralors rot off and trailor is no good realy nice tralor to transport any thing besides frozen good for owner operator who make meny stops picking up dropping along the way
The spray work had done was kinda waist of money only one who notice its Ben done is u
Kalo di indonesia udah di robek pakai pisau sama bajing loncat/perampok
Sounds like you aren’t a fan of this trailer lol
Electric pallet trucks .. what am i watching 🥴
