Great coverage of a little known short line operative. Superb narration and pleasant back round music, glad I subscribed. Even though I'm a retired conductor I enjoy viewing other operations.
A great production, covered the railroad perfectly. I'm gonna go listen to some Darius Rucker now, (got Wagon Wheel in my head for some reason ;) ) then I'm gonna share this video with some buddies so hopefully you may see a little jump in viewers
Good cirel coverage of a short line that lives in relative obscurity. That yard view with all those covered hoppers looks like those storage yards in Texas where the pellets are produced. Some nice old buildings and odd relics along the line but it does appear to have very good track. I've seen that move before to get around the cars luckily it's not on a super steep hill. Nice use of the drone to go along with the ground shots. Glad to see the line doing well and helping to hold the employment scene on a better level in small town USA
Another ready for prime time video!!
Thank you, Kyle!
Thank you so very much for the Short Line Railroad Video. Blessings, for the excellent job filming and narrating.
No problem! Thank you for watching and I'm super glad you enjoyed!
Thanks for getting the shots of the old Southern signs and whistle post
No problem!
Great video! I hear they’re working on a passenger run for the JuneBug!

Nice video! Does the crew typically go on duty at 8 am? I’d love to catch this operation

Thank you, Paul! It sure is a super cool smaller operation, their track is some of the best in NC as far as I've seen on shortlines.
Love that off center headlight on the loco!
That little engine sure gets up and moves…
Definitely!
The 7 was sold to the CML in Woodfin.

Enjoyed the switching and good footage, does NS still run through Statesville NC and were does that line run, thanks!🛤🚂
Thank you! yes it does, it is the NS S-Line from Asheville to Salisbury and runs through downtown by L. Gordon's scrap yard.
I'm surprised this little line has managed to survive for so long in a region where industry has been decaying for many decades.
They've really got the industry flowing now, they've got like 5-6 new customers just in 2023. It's a busy little rr!
