I lubricated my cables today, before seeing your video. Instead of an air compressor , I used a pump sprayer (weed killer pump sprayer 2 gallon bottle) . Connected a 3/8 id rubber hose to my cable, then connected the hose to the sprayer wand. Put a quart of marine lube in the bottle. Pump it up to 20 psi. Then wait for the lube to come out the other end of the cable. Did both, the shift and throttle cables. Use a white rag as it's very easy to see when the lube starts coming out. I took some pictures but no video. Hope this helps others out.
