How to install template DaVinci Resolve 18

Directory Path On Mac:
/Users/username/Library/Containers/com.blackmagic-design.DaVinciResolveLite/Data/Library/Application Support/Fusion/Templates/Edit
You can create titles, effects, transitions, and generators on Edit Directory

if I don't have an "edit" or "titles" folder, can I just create them?

Yes !!! You can create any folder name, but try one that means what is inside in order to be easy to locate.
