The enthusiasm the two of you have is the best part of the video! Glad you had such an adventurous and successful trip in your EV. I recall you expressing real concern about range originally. It’s great to see you feeling more and more comfortable and letting go of that range “anxiety”!
Nice! Our return route which we get to in part 2 was faster and more direct - fewer southern sightseeing stops but much faster due to better infrastructure
@@dawnproduction1577 yup you should have a good time! The one part to be careful of is between Green River, UT and Fruita. Sadly no CCS stops in between and it’s a big gasp as far as I’m concerned
"We almost died..." And Max is like: "But it will make a great video!" ROFL Max get that girl a cinnamon roll! LOL Go slow, enjoy the ride, and get great efficiency. It is a myth that you have to go as fast as everyone else or it isn't safe. Get in the right lane and drive your drive and enjoy the adventure. Love Gosia is relaxed and sharing in this video. Good interaction.

Awesome thank you for sharing your experiences on the road trip. Really enjoyed this conversational video. And Max, how are you supposed to know about not dying in a freak gasoline fight accident if you don’t watch Zoolander!
I keep thinking about O.O.S. Dave running out of juice and recharging from an ice machine that he unplugged at a (closed) store.

We are taking a trip on the return route you took in an ID4! Thank you so much for the preview.

Oh that's such a relief. We have young kids and can't nearly have as much excitement 😂

Duly noted. Well thanks again for the great video. Very natural chemistry between the cast as they say.
What a video ❤. Love Polestar ❤

Return to walnut canyon when you can. It is awesome.
Yes, nerds agree with you - keep saying EVSE. 😊
In Europe it’s known as a Granny Charger……….
Granny lead, no?

You can never get rid of those sunglasses, you better have spares...
🤮
Really enjoyed the Kathy&Dave-esque banter.
What spec Polestar 2 is this? Love the yellow accents.
Performance Pack from launch model year 2021
Is your route map available somewhere?
Glad you had a fun road trip. Would suggest the chargeway app as I've found it to be better than abrp when I'm going off the Tesla network.
TFTC
Volvo switching nacs!
Those sun glasses...
Honestly, I usually say “charging station” or “charging cable” to be correct and not confuse people with “EVSE”.
Need a few more sights and timelapse drives and it needs to be about 4x as long and you too can have a motoring channel
You know people live in Death Valley year round right.
Yup. Most of them don’t drive EVs!
Normal people don't drive like Kyle.
