I'm a very old lady and the best fisher girl in my family and we don't have any catfish like what you are catching up here in Canada. If l ever get down your way would love to fish with you. By for now and I'll keep watching for you.
We definitely keep and eat them, but I don't feel like I could show anything new for the cooking part. Only one way to cook them in my opinion, fried 😋.
