I'm not even a Christian, but Muslim, yet I find this speaks to me very profoundly. Sometimes prayers are so powerful that the faith behind them shines out even across the deepest chasms of belief - even as the Mercy of God Himself touches all of Adam's children in one way or another. May the good Lord accept this in the spirit it is made, and for the sake of the good it does in the souls of those who hear it.
I rely on this Akathists to guide me in remembering God and my salvation journey...thank you. I have saved many of the Akathists into a playlist and very much am grateful for your posts. God be with us.
