Hello, new to your channel, considering moving to Ocala, tax returns price ranges around. 500,000 to $600,000. What area would you recommend? Acreage is important, we need at least 3/4 of an acre. And obviously a safe neighborhood, Not too remote. It's for my parents, and they are both in their 70s. I've been talking to Lennar, They have some nice communities. Any insight? Thank you.
@@carolinasclar3745 well where should I begin. It's the sticks, theres a house here and a house over there in between several empty lots. It just didn't look good, esthetically. There are so many beautiful places in ocala like the north east and south east with established neighborhoods. I just bought my house in north east near fort king near supermarket, shops and several restaurants and bars, and I love it here.

Imagine what the big cities cost!
I live in Anthony and my taxes are affordable, under $2000/year for a 2 acre property and nice house and horses.

I personally witnessed the sinkholes in fore ranch open up in 2018
Florida is all karst terrain
Sinkholes aren't common,
but anywhere is possible.
