I'm always for the best, THEE Boom. I don't know why, but I root for Gram too. We need Gram to give that 🔥 like they use to. Gram did good for this zero qtr.
Being totally objective, GSU was clearly outgunned. However, I love that Grambling clearly came to bring the fight to the DAWG. They sounded great and I thought their selection of songs was on point for a 0 quarter battle too. But, you cannot deny that the boom simply had the sound battle hands down. Fuller, crisper and overall better executed imo. GSU could never match the sound those horns blew at them from 10:23-10:37
I marched for Grambling and have always been a Sonic Boom fan. Of course Grambling is my number one, but JSU is one of my favorites. This was a good battle. Both bands have a great deal of respect for each other.
I wanna join jsu over su cuz it’s a way nice university. But dr.little gives chorus to trombones (which is what I play) and it just seems so difficult to keep up with😅 I’m not even accustomed to glissing
