    Servings - 3
    INGREDIENTS
    Butter - 100 grams
    Powdered sugar - 100 grams
    Egg - 1
    All purpose flour - 200 grams
    Egg - 1
    Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
    Powdered sugar - 100 grams
    Desiccated coconut - 70 grams
    Raspberry jam - 50 grams
    PREPARATION
    1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams butter, 100 grams powdered sugar and whisk it well.
    2. Add 1 egg and whisk it again.
    3. Add 200 grams all purpose flour and mix it well.
    4. Transfer this into a baking dish cover with butter paper and spread it evenly.
    5. Preheat the oven at 350º F / 180º C.
    6. Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes. Remove it from oven and keep aside.
    7. In a bowl, add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 100 grams powdered sugar and whisk it well.
    8. Add 70 grams desiccated coconut and mix it well. Keep aside.
    9. Take the baked bread, add some raspberry jam on it and spread it evenly.
    10. Now, add the prepared coconut mixture and spread it evenly.
    11. Preheat the oven at 350º F / 180º C.
    12. Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes. Remove it from oven and place it on a board.
    13. Cut it into slices.
    14. Serve.
