How did she get the raspberry mousse in d cake. Maybe a very silly question, but it's coming from a guy who doesn't know anything about these things. Plz advice

It's not mousse but compote, something like gel. With gelatine and freezing in very low temperature (there is a device called shock freezer or chiller to achieve this) it becomes rock hard. Then you fill half the mold with cream, put the compote in, fill with the rest cream and freeze again in the same way so you can take it out of the mold and glaze it without destroying it.

What's the printed material? Can it go to the oven without losing its form?

It's a silicone mold. I don't know about the printed ones but store bought ones can go in the oven. This recipe involves only freezing though so no worries.

It's a more creative cheesecake. The compote in the center is made of raspberries or any kind of berries.
