@EscapeTheHold it depends what you mean by MC and eminems peak. Eminem doesn't make songs with the same feel as he used to and not much of it is great on the ears anymore for sure, but he literally just makes tracks now days to play with the English language and tear it to pieces as much as possible. Bending words, doubles, triples and even quadruple entendres and punching rhymeschemes until they're dead.
Dealing has always been a monster though and very few can touch him lyrically, let alone compete with him.
@@wesdon8131 American here to tell you that Devlin is worlds better than Eminem. Eminem hasn't made anything this good in over 20 years.
It would be so easy for Ed to just move on and forget about SBTV after Jamal's passing like so many others have, but he's consistently gone out of his way to try and build the channel back up. You really understand the measure of a man by how he treats people when they're not around. He's the most successful artist in the world that's knee deep in commitments, but you can clearly tell he's invested in the idea of keeping Jamal's legacy alive for as long as possible. I wish I could say the same about Nines, Dave and all the other artists that have benefited from Jamal's work.
They're friends that's why, categorically without Jamal theres no ed. No two ways about it.
@@lightwork5414 no disrespect to SB but With Ed’s talent alone im sure he would have became who he is regardless if Jamal helped him..& with Nines he has lost too many people through growing up in the hood so Jamal is just another loss that’s probably why he may not seem like he shows enough light on Jamal.. Ed didnt grow up like these rappers who lose ppl on a monthly/yearly basis thats probably why hes able to show this much love to Jamal coz he’s not had to go through losing loads of friends to death.. but bug up Ed Sheeran and the ones who still show love anyway👊🏾
It's not just sbtv all the grime channels died with grime man. We went from like Devlin's f64 to African geezers trying to sing about gal. The channels killed themselves man. Shame cause proper grime is still the best genre.

Ed is the realest. He has made it a point to support all the people who supported his career and gave him a sofa to sleep on... The whole story has been is incredible to watch. Jamal really had such a huge impact on the world.

@@liamsteer4635 I know it well. I think these two work really well together. I'm simply arguing that Ed has massively improved his rap abilities over the years, which is very admirable. I love an underdog. Who would have guessed a man and his guitar would sell out stadiums as well as rap alongside the British grime he has. Hard work always pays off!
