Its where you're Setter starts on the court. Click help and scroll down it explains, say she starts in the Right back it would be rotation 1, Middle back would be rotation 2 and so on..
Rotations are numbered in USA by where the setter is located. Right back is Rotation 1, middle back is Rotation 2, and so forth in a clockwise direction.
