To get the stickers off of the dice, I used my hair dryer. It worked very well. Only took a few seconds to heat it up and it peeled off no issue. Was still a little tacky. And instead of painting white, I used dollar tree white balloons. Cut the bottoms off leaving just the big circle, stretched them out, and wrapped around the dice. Used 4 per dice. Turned out nice! And faster than painting.
You have more control of the brown chocolate paint dripping if you paint it on like if it was dripping but without the glue mixed in. Just paint the brown paint like if it was dripping. Check out google for how to paint drippings. Hope this helps. Love the marshmellows concept though.
I attempted this using the same paint used in the video and after the first coat dried, all the pint appears cracked. Has anyone else had this problem? I applied a second coat in hopes that it would resolve. Any solutions?
Some dice I did have to give a second coat.... Perhaps trying regular acrylic paint without a chalk finish? You can also try covering them with 1 or 2 white latex balloons... I am attaching the video below just as reference... :) ua-cam.com/video/fZtZVBRVpE0/v-deo.html
Adorable I found similar size wood blocks in my stash, I just softened the edges and saved a trip to DT!
Thank you! Always a great feeling to find useful crafting supplies in your own stash! ;)
These are so cute. I think this is the cutest idea I’ve seen, using Dollar Tree foam blocks.
Thank You!✨
Great 👍 idea 💡! 👏👏👏👏
Thank You!

Thank You! I did use balloons for another video of pumpkins I made with the same dice... and I agree, much easier than paint! 😉
Thank you for sharing! I love this!
Scribbles fabric paint (fluffy) will work. It is thick and perfect for dripping straight from the little bottle :-) Love these!!!
Great thanks!😉
these are adorable!
Thank You!✨
Nice drips
Thank You!🙌🏼
Thank you so much. I will definitely try this w my adult son who has Down Syndrome to decorate a tiered tray.
You are welcome! I am sure he will enjoy crafting with you!💛
So cute!!!
Thank You!✨
Soo cute Idea. Tfs, T
So cute
Thank You! ✨
Could you dip the dice into the paint, hold upside-down & shake off the extra? You could add drips later if needed.
Definitely! :) It might take way longer to dry but worth a try :)
Also if the paint run down to far just pull off the top balloon then you save the dice.
Great Idea! Thank You :)
I put 2 12 inch balloons down over the dice. No paint
So cute! I'm going to make them for my hot chocolate station decorations when winter comes.
Thank you! I am sure they will look adorable!✨

Thank You!✨
Where did you get the bigger one?
Dollar Tree - in the school section, it had round pieces of white board on each side I removed. The smaller ones are in the toy section. 😉
Have you ever tried spray paint? I am just trying to figure out the easiest way, my dice soak the acrylic up so bad
@pepitared- I have not but think it would work...😉 I will try it too...
A white balloon works well! Just cut the little part off that you blow into and stretch it over!
