I have a close connection to that Ronald McDonald House in Orlando. One of my “adopted” girls was pregnant and developed preeclampsia and went to the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and had an emergency C-section and gave birth to a baby boy weighing under 2 lbs. She was able to stay at the RMH during her baby’s stay in the neonatal which was 3+ months. Today he’s a healthy 6 year old!! I am thrilled to see you, Bethany, and so many other uTube creators pitching in to support such a wonderful place. THANK YOU ALL!!!🥰
I have to say, not only did my daughters elementary school do this, but as a Girl Scout troop every year they make ornaments and send it to Ronald McDonald House for the trees. They also send it where they do the Christmas tree picking where they have eight you know it’s done for a boy or a girl age such and such. So they’re like gift tags put on a tree and then they take that and they go wherever and they get a gift for that age group. So they’ve rounded up from couple companies gifts for those particular ages to help get those kids gifts at Christmas time. this is great for any volunteer organization to get involved in. Believe it or not you would not believe how happy this makes the kids and their families. When putting the sprinkles on do it over like a bag or a bowl or pan, you’ll be able to reuse the sprinkles to continue with the rest of them. That way there you’re not losing me inside a cardboard box that you’re using to hold them. You can do that literally with anything if you’re making baked goods or anything it’s perfect for that.
Thank you. I just saw this on daily diyer. My mother stayed in a Ronald McDonald house once when my brother was in a car accident and needed surgery out of state. Thank you for supporting such a great organization.
You are crazy talented! What a blessing you are, along with all of the other UA-cam crafters, for blessing all of those families that benefit from the Ronald Mcdonald house.
I had always seen the donation boxes at Mc Ds and knew it was for a good cause. However, I didn't know just how wonderful of a non-profit they were until Oct 2020. Our then 7 year old daughter had gotten sick and ended up needing to be bay flighted to All Children's (which is absolutely incredible as well) . She was diagnosed with Astma and bc of it she couldn't breath and needed to be hospitalized. Ronald Mcdonald was so wonderful. Because of covid they had the Ronald McDonald House that was next to hospital closed. So they ended up getting my husband and I a room at one of the upscale hotels near there. They also provided us with meals and coupons to get food at the cafeteria as well. It was a scary situation but thankfully my daughter was OK and bc of how wonderful they were it made it easier since we didn't have to worry about driving back and forth or having to worry about food. I donate every time that I am able now. Such a great cause. I love the things that you make
These are awesome ❤ I think this a fantastic idea for the Ronald McDonald House. My son and daughter-in-law stayed at one for four months while our granddaughter was going through brain surgery and treatment for cancer at three years old. They are wonderful places ❤❤❤
I stayed there with my preemie in hospital, it ACTUALLY makes a difference, and is HUGE for the families!!! 💗💗 You DONT want to be there, ya know 😥 I can only imagine around Christmas ♥️🙏
Thank you so much your support for the amazing Ronald McDonald's Houses! I am so excited about these candy ideas I just got diagnosed with diabetes so these ideas satisfy my sweet tooth!
I knew it! You were totally preggers in this video! You are glowing unlike regular! I am so excited for you! I am going to pray this pregnancy goes a heck of a lot easier! Hugs Bethany!
Brilliant tip to use the foam plates under the cakes! I have good-sized sheets of that type of foam in my crafts stash and now know what they can be used for. If you’re ever interested, I’m sure you could create another income stream designing themed printable templates or kits to decorate classrooms. Those popsicles would be excellent for such a thing, as an example. In the past, I’ve spent good money on printables and templates for decor from Teachers Pay Teachers. I use them for banners, boards, binders, folders, posters, garlands, and labels. Your specific vision and creative style would be so nice for that kind of thing. As always, you are just precious and I love what you share! 😘
That is SO AWESOME of you to donate these BEAUTIFUL DIYS to The Ronald McDonald House. I am a childhood cancer survivor🎗 so I have seen some of the BEAUTIFUL trees decorated there and in Childrens Hospital except it was in AL. 😊I LOVE ALL of your DIYS you have some of the BEST ideas I’ve ever seen and are one of my FAVORITES to watch!! Thank You for sharing with us!!
There is no way I can pick a favorite. I love all your ideas you use spackling for. Truly amazing Bethany. Ribald McDonald house is one place I donate to on and off. My family used it when my cousin was a teenager and was beefing a kidney transplant. They lived 45 mins from the hospital so the hospital had them stay at the Ronald McDonald's house so they were just mins away.
I'm not super into the fake sweets, because I simply do not have much surface space to actually place them on in my small apartment. I actually love this idea of decorating a tree with them though! It looks so magical, and it would make the most amazing childhood memories. I love that it is for charity. I think it would be a really good idea to somehow organize a drive within the crafting community to gift Christmas trees with a set of ornaments to families that just can't afford it- especially those with young children.
All of these are super cute! I think my favorite is the first one. The little cotton candy using the mop head. I mean, talk about creative! The little cakes are super cute too. Wait, I think they all are lol. So skilled and creative! Love the idea of these being donated to the Ronald McDonald house. Love the generosity!
Ooo now I have an idea for valentine's day! I wanna make the heart shaped lollipops! They have ones with words or pictures and I think they would be cute!

Oh my gosh you are the best UA-camr. I have a candy themed Christmas tree and I need more ornaments but they are expensive thanks for all the great ideas Bethany!!
This is so cute, we just stayed at the RMDH and it was really great. It's hard having to take a kiddo so far for medical attention and this just takes stress off of families shoulders. Love the sweet theme.
You were/are the PERFECT person to ask for help with this theme! I watch all of the other crafters and they're great, but you have them beat by a mile when it comes to sweet themed decor!!@
What an awesome idea to Help the Ronald Mc Donald house!!!!! You guys are all amazing !!! Love all of the projects! you are a faux sweet stuff genius!!
This is great! I am always apprehensive of the volunteers sending things made at home. When I worked during Covid and people would make masks for us (out of socks- meant well but we don’t want to wear your socks on our mouths! Lol) there were MULTIPLE volunteers who made things and had bed bugs or cockroaches, fleas, you name it… and still sent things in. Either because they were unaware, or didn’t think they’d be also sending bugs with their creations 🙃 Some people are really clueless/naive and think shaking something out means it’s all set. If I knew I had bugs, I’d sit out volunteer things such as this. But it seems other people don’t get the memo!! I’d hate to see a family already struggling have something like this happen
You are quite the artist Bethany. You’ve gotten SO good at doing this faux food girl‼️ You should sell fake cakes for bakeries to advertise. You are truly that good!!! 👍😊💜
I think this is a very worthy cause that you ladies are donating your gifts and talents to. Bethany, you are so creatively gifted!! These sweet treats are beautifully adorable! I found myself smiling and almost giggling when I saw wow cute the giant “sprinkles” looked on the tree. Genius idea!!! I believe only you could come up with that!! 💗💗

You are the only u tuber that finally said hobby lobby crafts are cheaper than dollar tree.Thank you for the crafts.
You knocked this one out of the park! The families will be cheered. What a sweet (pun intended) plan you all are doing.
Thank you. I just saw this on daily diyer. My mother stayed in a Ronald McDonald house once when my brother was in a car accident and needed surgery out of state. Thank you for supporting such a great organization.
Everything is my favorite Bethany! Everything!
So cute! The cotton candy would be good decorations for baby showers and birthday parties
Yes! These could have many uses!
You are crazy talented! What a blessing you are, along with all of the other UA-cam crafters, for blessing all of those families that benefit from the Ronald Mcdonald house.

My favorite items are the little cakes. You are such a talented cake decorator. I like the ones you did with the piping bag the best. GREAT JOB!!!
so cute every single one of them! I would have used a tongue depressive for the popsicles
Bethany, QUEEN OF SWEETS!!
Brilliant tip to use the foam plates under the cakes! I have good-sized sheets of that type of foam in my crafts stash and now know what they can be used for.

goodwill shops have so many christmas trees and ornaments for pennies they're over following with them
They all came out so cute! I'll say my favorite is a tie between the cotton candy made from the floor mop and the ice cream cones!
All of these are super cute! I think my favorite is the first one. The little cotton candy using the mop head. I mean, talk about creative! The little cakes are super cute too.
