As an aqua force player I don't play premium outside of BSF/BCS these days and maybe the odd casual game. I want to love premium again but it's just a disaster of a format atm. Now take away 2 Pursuits and Ladder and I'd probably quit overall and leave standard because I'd be way too burned lol
This banlist would be fine in a world were Bushi actually supported premium with brand new product, instead of just erratas. Premium is in a situation were D cards barely support the format, thanks to the ride deck and its adjacent mechanics, like energy.

Ok, so to recap, according to this banlist, most of the format should be hit, except Granblue, which should be left entirely untouched, while approximately its only counter should be nerfed. Who thought this was a good idea?
As a Tachi main, I disagree that hitting Coela would kill the clan. The deck has a very strong build in the Gaia/Tyrannolegend combo. However, the hit is indeed incredibly uncalled for, ESPECIALLY when Cutire is somehow allowed to go back to 1
I think you have to split it between Sweeper-based builds and non-Sweeper-based builds. Sweeper was the reason we gauged like crazy, but since we can build outside of Sweeper now, we don't really gauge that hard anymore. Tyrannolegend is mainly used to acquire Gaia's revive red text to guarantee a front trigger stack. You can choose to gauge via Tyrannolegend on trigger check, but you are kinda just decking yourself out harder at that point. You usually gauge via Bluesprint/Regiodon, which we don't rely as much on anymore since Gaia allows multi-attacks on his own. Personally, I have been playing with Remred, as he provides a blanket 5k to anything called by effect (meaning both cards called from hand with Gaia and both cards revived through his red text gain the power). That card gives us a plant token that can fuel engorge skills and also power to beat over defensives. With token generation and Gaia's reset put together, there's very little reason to gauge as much as possible
@@dragnoa.shadowAs for loop build, you can kind of see that the one that came up was specifically built to purposely draw and gauge a lot. Spinodriver riding into Spino R gives draw 4-5 and potentially gauge 3, which makes the deckout game easier. Tachikaze does deckout a little faster than the average deck, since it doesn't have deck recycling (not good ones at least lol). Still, you can choose to not gauge at every opportunity given and play a more aggressive game rather than relying on the loop as main game plan.
I think the point of the banlist should be to change the landscape of the game, not to make every premium deck unplayable. I have said it before and I will say it again, hitting crests will do nothing except hinder premiums progression. They are literally the only support that changes the meta game of premium. And considering only 2/5 crests have actually been viable, I think it’s safe to stay for the sake of change. Also Harri hasn’t seen the light of day, so let it. Still gets checked by the same decks.
People don't understand this Jesus..... I keep hearing crest decks are too strong unbeatable but messiah is in every subclan doing more than crest messiah ever has... why would you ever play luard when rfd exists... people thinking Harri gonna be tier 0 when he still getting cucked by honoly and gredora still exists funny too and I still fail to see how crest nightrose is a meaningful upgrade to just playing geanblue all the good stuff. You hit the actual dumb things in decks.... nui shouldn't have mizu and thst stupid stride tsuku and power lvl falls alot
raindear can't have the weakest denial in the game when the deck has no card advantage and has to discard for everything it does is just kinda lol at this point....
