@@JeremySee I'm visually impaired and was not expecting the user interface to be so 1980s in fashion! I'm actually selling mine, not because of its sounds, playability and great compact form factor, but simply because it's such a dog to operate, and I don't want to rely on an external app. Keep up your fantastic work as a reviewer and educator. Your reviews are very informative, honest and straight to the point. Well done buddy!
Very clear explanations Jeremy. To anyone who thinks the set-up is fiddly (which it is) remember you can save something like 100 registrations. The S3000 model is the S1000 model, which is an excellent full-featured piano with a few voices to choose from, with added features to provide arranger features in addition to the piano. So it can be thought of as a piano with extended features. Keyboards that are primarily arranger keyboards don't have a piano of this quality until you move to a higher price bracket. Note, a full instruction manual is not included in the package but a 94-page manual can be easily downloaded or referred to online. [Further note. To anyone who doesn't realize this, Jeremy didn't have the instrument connected to let you properly hear the full richness of its sounds, but was just letting his narration mike pick up the sounds as the operations were the focus of the video.]
@@JeremySee Thanks Jeremy. Hope you don't mind such peripheral extensions. And yes, despite rigid constraints here in Melbourne, no-one I know has contracted the virus - so far. Of course in terms of %age of population infected, we are WAY down the international list. My concerns are for the USA suffering under the inane 'leadership' of Trump and his {diminishing number of} supporters, and of course, for the totally different disaster in Lebanon, hitting a country already on the verge of collapse.[I've drifted a bit off the subject of keyboards - sorry about that, shouldn't get to political comment.]
My new red casio piano o finally came in with the stand and the head phones! That video review inspired me to get the red casio - 200rd piano, I love it so much!
Jeremy you can choose a combo of volume to assign to your knobs on the left hand side of the keyboard to change your accomp. and rhythm volumes. Make more use of those knobs and their assigments
Yes, I know. This video covers the essential operations and the knobs assignment usage would be more for intermediate players. I love the dynamic layer mix with the knobs. Glad you are having fun with your PX-S!
Thanks for this informative video Jeremy. I have this digital piano and its great, but Casio could have done a much better job of making the instructions clearer. The A2 double sided sheet of paper that is the "user guide" is more of a reference.
I have not had a piano for like more than 8 months, my other ones broke, so I kinda gave up on piano and then I found your video for the red casio, when I saw it, it said only $159, I went downstairs to tell my parents if i can get it, and they said yeah, so like 4 days ago, I received it and I was super happy, it has been such a long time since I got to use a piano and I was kinda forgetting how to play it so now I'm getting better at it and I'm starting to play two hand
Great help Jeremy. I'm going to be playing my PX-S3000 this weekend with my son who is a drummer. He will be playing live, I will be playing the 3000 using the auto-accompaniment but I want to mute the drums but not the accompanyment. Can you please help me with this?
So much easier than figuring out that manual or even just poking around yourself. The pxs3000 has incredible functionality but it is definitely not the most user-friendly keyboard I've played.
Hello Jeremy, ı need you help.plaese adveise me how does it work by px-s 3000 with metronom by piano playing.Maybe ı m blind but for me is not understandable to turn it on and off. Thank you for you support
@@JeremySee that's Awesome...I bought PXS 3000 yesterday...while just looking around Settings, I may pressed some numbers..... Can you tell me the best sounding 'preset' ?. I mean the values of things like Hall/Rev depth, Damper Resonance, etc. Rev depth was 64 initially......I don't know anything about them, I may have messed up some values, the Bass in 'GndConcert' piano is ringing too loud, pls help....
hey Jeremy, can you help me in choosing between casio wk 6600, yamaha e 463 and roland ex 30, I'm preferring for vocal training so which one will be the best please reply 🙂🙂

You're a bloody legend Jeremy! I love my PXS3000 but it's user interface is anything but user friendly.
Indeed! We can all hope Casio reads these comments and act on it for future models.

Excellent video! Gets everyone started on this Casio right away!
Yup! Starts new owners off on a right foot.

Cool! I’ll watch this video very soon!
excellent walk thru, thank you
Thanks buddy.
The video sound is pretty good, beyond my imagination
Thanks for this informative video Jeremy.

You are right. Casio hasn't done a good job with their manuals for their instruments.
You can download a 94 page manual which is quite thorough.

What better
Yamaha NP-12 61 key or
Alesis Recital 88 key
Thank you! Very helpful.
So much easier than figuring out that manual or even just poking around yourself. The pxs3000 has incredible functionality but it is definitely not the most user-friendly keyboard I've played.
Totally agree!
It's user interface is anything but user friendly, hence why I sold mine and am now a very happy Roland RD88 owner.
Is the panel is touch screen😧😧
Are the controls just like a large touchscreen? I'm not seeing any button bump, just backlit capacitive ones
capacitative
Jeremy what is the best Digital Piano you can suggest?
How do i program for a Casio CS 300

How do you use turn on the music for red casio, I forgot
Do you buy every Piano that you review ? Or do you rent it for some time & give it back ? How it works ?
I buy and own every piano & keyboard I review.
