Sometimes a decision is made to manufacture something that just leaves you scratching you head and wondering wtf were they thinking?
Lots of Toybiz (sorry), the Punisher, Wolverine, Spider-Man, lots of WWF sweat, GI Joe and a "ravishing" April O'Neal all turn up plus a few more.

As a toy designer of twenty five years standing, I can assure you that the guys that created the prototype of The Punisher knew EXACTLY what they were doing.
The Punisher is hard on crime!
*Hard* on crime.
HA
RD
That is one stiff joke.
He's not shooting blanks!!!
Punisher's crotch cannon surpasses the Infinity Gauntlet in terms of power.
.... But just think of how powerful the Punisher and Thanos would be if they teamed up together using Punisher’s crotch cannon with Thanos Infinity Gauntlet?!?
Thanos’ gold plated hand grip with all the encrusted Infinity Stones could give the Punisher’s crotch cannon infinite plasma bursts from the most potent HJ in all the galaxy! Lol 😂
Matt Beckstrom Aaand that’s enough internet for today.
@Matt Beckstrom that comment needs attention for it's ability to ruin my childhood, and I'm an adult over 40, and that is a major accomplishment!
It's bigger than Tom Savini's crotch gun in From Dusk Till Dawn. Lol
Easily
I love that Aunt may figure, more so that she looks like Gary Bucey :D
@Durk Kush Predator 2 Gary Bucey :)
Oh goodness, now I will always see Gary Bucey as Aunt May. Cheers, -J.O.
You saw Ashens video too huh?
Who knew Aunt May had super powers all along.... Consuming The Soul!
That was ashens Brown couch lol
HAHA! I made most of the accessories for the Maximum Sweat line! The independent toy designer I worked for did the figures, and came up with their look, but I'm pretty sure Jakks added the sweat feature after the fact themselves. It was definitely... uh, unexpected
OH YES... Just remembered, that line was called Maximum Attitude the whole time we worked on it. Jakks totally added the sweat thing at the 11th hour. And at TRU, they actually had shelf tags for it that said Maximum Attitude for a short time.
"Destro's Own" mink farm...like "Newman's Own" salad dressing but all the proceeds go to illegal arms dealing
My god this comment doesn't have nearly enough likes!
I like extortion, murder, international terrorism and small fuzzy creatures.
@@fujifilm5127 SKINNING small fuzzy creatures which can be a host for COVID-19... not that out of character anymore.
Our local museum made a 3-D map of the layout using doll furniture and action figures. You can bet who was the stand-in for the bathroom.
A toilet
Mystique transformed into Liberace with claws. Lol
If only his brother George were there.
You should see her play the piano.
I still got that Punisher toy, it's one of the biggest treasures of my collection, Definitely a Frank who Franks.
Do you keep the gun out? I know I would.
If by gun you mean Frank's gun, yes, ready and loaded, always.
Good
The Aunt May figure made me think of the scene in the movie Under Siege when Gary Busey was dressed as a woman.
"Your worst nightmare butthorn!"
DUDE! SPOILERS! :P
Looks to me like she died and Doctor Frankenstein tried to bring her back to life after extensive reconstruction. "RRRRR, Fire bad!".
It looks like Rudy Giuliani in a wig.
I love that it looks like she has a mustache
I had that toilet. I loved that toilet. I offer no apologies.
I'm pretty sure I did too. It looks so familiar. If I didn't a close friend must have.
I am not even joking, that was by far my favorite toy when I was kid.
I had that toy also Ghostbusters was the best
Me too. 😆
Snap :)
Thank you Ravishing Dan and ToyGalaxy on this video report; it's spot-on journalism.
The only one of these I ever actually had was that Mystique figure, back in the day... And I remember pretty soon after getting it, losing that rubbery Wolverine ‘over suit’. On purpose.
Same thing I did. Still have the figure, too.
What about the squishy Senator Robert Kelly figure from the same X-Men line?
“Remove the plug from the hole??” Now I’m sweating!
April would’ve made a good Peg Bundy figure.
Wow as soon as I saw that I said "that's a Peggy Bundy doll" lol
Married with children action figures hehe
@@gabrielv1856 Those were a legit thing, I believe.
"Leeoooo, let's have pizzaaaa!"
I bet you could mod a Vernon figure to make AL Bundy
Proud to say I had the Ghostbusters' toilet ghost and many of Crash Test Dummies figures including the baby and the roadkill dog and cat when I was a kid. Glad to see they're getting some recognition many years later.
Hubcap ^_^
The side of meat Rocky practices on is actually one of the best acted characters in the Rocky series. It certainly deserves an action figure of its own.
Come on, haven't we all gone out, late on a Saturday night, wearing a Wolverine skin suit and tried to hit on the ladies, with our cool unblinking eyes, unmoving lips, horribly molded still flesh face?
I member that.
S4ns - And the babe hit on is Aunt May. Usually when I get to that point of inebriation I find myself in a state known as Fearsome Flush.
Wade Wilson did a low budget version by just stapling a cutout of Wolverine's head unto his face. It's just a little less convincing though.
I still do that on the weekends. I've almost got a full deck of restraining orders too!
Found the body snatcher!
I know that brown couch behind Aunt May.... Ashens.
I came to the comments looking for someone else to notice this. Feels kinda bad that he wasn't credited at all.
They probably just Google searched image... Still liking As hens vid would be nice
Don't know if he edited the details after you posted these comments, but Ashens is credited in the details. Was going to make a comment if he didn't.
Ghostbusters was waaay ahead of its time with that toilet as toy.....

Number 1...Punisher
Now you know why the ladies call him The Punisher...
Launch that rocket!
As always totally enjoy your news/reviews/and singing the toy blues
Punish- her!!!
Giga Drill Break!
Aunt May: "it rubs the lotion on the skin or it gets the hose again!"
That Rocky side of beef is something I would actually buy.
Oh my, that Punisher at No. 1 made me lose it and break into an out loud giggle in the middle of the office... It was doubly awkward when people came over to check what was the fuss about...
LOLz... It's Toy Galaxy's FIRST EVER NSFW Video!
Did exactly the same here watching at work :D
A N D R E A L L Y B I G M I S S I L E S
the comments for the punisher got me.
This video just earned the new title of "Top 10 Action Figures That I Absolutely MUST OWN Before I Die"!
Awesome Sauce on the side, please. 😁
Yeah I remember having the ENTIRE Toy Biz collection of X-men movie licensed figures and let me tell you they were BIZARRE af. Toad came with a soft plastic green puke and a large tongue. Jean Grey came with a mutated Senator Kelly, in the movie he turns into water but oh boy... the toy had a much worse ending. Cyclops came with Jean Grey in a very strange position covered in a green force field she looked like she was about to give a blow job to cyclops but the worst was defiantly Mystique, I still have her but the Wolverine flacid skin melted on the figure and then years later the plastic got super hard to remove so now I’m stuck with a mutated version of Mystique fusioned with wolverine in a kinda Carpenter’s “The Fly” version.
That wolverine skin suit will haunt me forever.
And that Aunt May....
I'll make a life-sized one for you this Christmas.
@@RDSArcade Are you planning to skin Hugh Jackman?
Aunt May = HE MA'AM!
"How was this a..huh?" really made me laugh.
"I bet you can't make a toy with a crotch gun"
"Hold my beer!"
I had the toilet as well as the full line of Crash Dummies... Game included.
Me too I had the fearsome flush toy, I love playing with it, with the rest of the of the ghost busters line
Q: What would Paul Lynde look like dressed up as Wolverine?
A: 5:12
"Skid the Kid" legit sounds like a Garbage Pale Kid character!
That dripping noise during the wrestling figure literally made me gag.
Lmao 🤣🤣
The Aunt May video still used was from Ashens 🙂. The brown couch says it all (plus I watched that video way before) hahaha. Golden!
I started laughing out loud at “ravishing April O’Neil” and didn’t stop until the end of the video. Well done gentlemen.
The photos Of Mystique were hysterical, each one funnier than the last.
I think that was the April O’Neal figure which retroblasting called. “Hooker”. Lol
I was hoping Toy Galaxy would go there, too, since it's a pretty obvious and glaring if laughable flaw the figure has. Instead they went the usual woke "omg sexism" route. Cos women HATE beauty products.
Slap it with WWE action sweat toy with Punisher and you've got instant ummm... viola. Skid the kid. Because he was made by accident.
My thoughts on some of the toys in no particular order:
On "Ravishing" April: disappointed you didn't use a certain Bonnie Tyler song. (and now a certain piano intro is playing in your head!)
On the GB Toilet Terror: ah, yes toilet humor never gets old. And yes, that's supposed to be the creature's nose under the lid. Must've took the designers some restraint to not paint it brown!
On Aunt May: didn't know Pete's auntie moonlighted as a Dick Tracy villain. Or a stand-in for Wayland Flowers' Madam puppet.
On "Punishing Frank": guess if the vigilante gig didn't work out, he could audition for Choda Boy!
Good God, I want Raptor to show up in modern G.I. Joe canon. Along with Destro's Mink Farm
I was so anticipating a "beat the meat" joke when the Rocky figure came up.
Thank sir. The punisher doll segment gave me the best laugh I've had in years.
What's wrong with that Punisher? I want to see that in the netflix show.
Hes doing it with aunt gemini
Only if Robert Rodriguez is directing the episode
It would have been season 3... That's the true reason for the shows cancellation
This has got to be my favorite video of yours, thus far! I also had a Raptor figure, and I think I may still have him!
4:21 "Hi I'm a Marvel." "And I'm a- WOAH!"
The Body Melt clip and the aunt May figure comparison....absolutely classic!!!!!!!!!!!
Dudes, you have hit a new high with the hilarity. Do they give webbies for single episode comedy?
That’s an Aunt May action figure?
Looks like an elderly, cross dressing Max Headroom 🤨
Lol i always said it looked like Max Frewer so we atleast both see the same thing
Oh that was gold. Each more crazy than the last. Those are definitely a metric ton of WTF were they thinking.
TMNT's Dark Beaver is one of my favorites. Also the death of General Grievous, with flames coming out of his eyes.
The April O’Neal figure looks like a lady of the night.
28-3....never forget Raptor.
Hoping there’s a more modern version of this, cool looking back from how far we’ve come though 👌🏼
I had no 10, one of my earliest memories getting it for my 4th birthday from my dad. Made me happy seeing it here and being reminded :)
Aunt May's looking more like Gary Busey these days.
more like "Scary Busey" to me.
Aunt may looks like she's about to go rampage a game stop for calling her sir.
I always wanted Falconer as a kid....which now explains my current fashion sense. This was hilarious, one of your best vids yet!
The funny thing is I had some of these. The toilet and the maximum sweat. Loved em.
Lol I had Falconor and the toilet lmfao I was a weird kid. Good God I had that Aunt May thing figure out of my head for years. Well nightmare city here I come. Thanks Toy Galaxy.
Oh man I gotta get that fearsome flush now lol
I love these videos! Brings me back to my childhood days in the 80s!! What a time to be alive! I’m
Wolverine looks like Fonzie 😂 Heyyyyyyyyyy!!!!
9:08 IT'S MA'AM!
Well the meat could be a great diorama piece now, lol
I LOVED the crash test dummy line! I had tons of them!
ToyBiz knew exactly what they were doing with that Punisher figure. They had to. It’s commentary, and it isn’t even subtle.
Proud to have 7 out of 10 on this list.
I owned Raptor!! I still have him probably at home! Next time I'm home in Ireland I'll have a look. Pretty certain I don't have the bird, but I remember the cloth wings hanging around.
Bwah-hahahah!! I showed my wife the start of this video, proud in my ownership of the number 10 on the list, but paused it after that, assuming she had no interest in watching the rest. She's not an action figure fan after all. But she wanted to see the rest of the list and was delighted to declare that she owned number 9, the toilet from Ghostbusters!! I done married well.
The claw from Raptor's hawk/falcon always broke off. You'd be hard-pressed to find an unbroken one to replace the missing one.
lmfao that Aunt May skit was fabulous
I feel the same way about Raptor and any animal carrying animal mimicry character. Still have my Raptor, & used to have a Skid the Kid. Great video as always guys!
Managing to reference "Body Melt" while dissing on a truly diss-worthy Aunt May "action" figure? UA-cam gold!
1:47... actually we say “FALCONS, RISE UP” thank you.
I owned Skid the Kid, and he was awesome. The whole point of the Crash Dummies line was the sick humor, so yeah, the people who made this deserve our congratulations. They took a big risk in the interest of cheap laughs and got away with it.
I was gonna call them out for that Ashens screen grab, but there IS a credit. So good on you.
Dude raptor couldn't b more native American looking. I always thought that made him pretty badass!
The comic in which they introduced Raptor was weird but funny, the unmasked but disguised Cobra Commander ridicules him, also asking "What do you sleep in? A nest?" Raptor does assure him, the costume is only to settle the birds he's training, to look upon him like a 'big brother' somehow. (Hyeah. Nah.)
*I can't believe you didn't include FISTO from Master's of the Universe!* He comes in armor that already looks like fetish gear, which you can remove, so he has on nothing but tiny fur briefs. And his name is Fisto. Like, that's already enough.
I'm 100% sure Castle Grayskull has the universe's kinkiest fetish dungeon in the basement, and Fisto is the dom in charge.
This needs to be an ongoing series.
That Punisher figure is just... fantastic.
Raptor looked awesome. I have two of him. If he's guilty of anything it's terrible backstory. Fearsome flush probably inspired the slime bathtub in Ghostbusters 2 but yeah the show did do a lot of that "possession of objects stuff" so maybe not. I have no problems with it especially growing up with a father that frequently bought the gross monster toys for his kids, like "Monsterface" and "Madballs", probably because he wanted them himself. You could argue it tries to make a joke of a kid's fear to lessen it. What's more concerning is the volume of toilet theme toys on the market today. As a kid in the 80s/90s I would have liked Ravishing April for the fact that so few toy lines actually made women characters because they "didn't sell" and if they DID make them they looked more like the male figures i.e. Ripley or ESPECIALLY Hannah Dundee from Cadillacs and Dinosaurs. Rough. If you think removable skirts are questionable you should look up Miss Elizabeth from LNJ's Wrestling Superstars. Those Sweaty wrestlers look like they have awesome sculpts. Last thing, that The MEAT figure is awesome. Plus if you got enough of them you could recreate the slaughter house from Predator 2.
Plus why did Falconer look like Zartan?
Might've used the same head mold.
It's the eye shadow.
Plot Twist! Falconer IS Zartan! Cobra doesnt pay mercs a lot so he got the second gig to make ends meet. Had he join Cobra officially he could have gotten befits as well as better pay.
He's basically just Zartan with a bird headdress.
Great list! Haven't read all the comments but I actually owned the Ghostbusters toilet, the crash test dummy baby, AND the sweating Rock figure! Cool to see them all show up here.
wonderful list! thanks for updating the soundtrack, too.
9:10 It's ma'am
Ravishing Rick Rude > Ravishing April
Fearsome Flush. Worst. Bidet. Ever.
Why does Aunt May look like character actor Raymond J. Barry?
Loved the crash dummies toys. Had the dog and cat that flattened out.
Punisher!!😂🤣 Also, my uncle bought me the Ghostbusters toilet for a laugh.
2:40 why does the bottom of the lid looks like an uterus?
Meant to be a splash of... something nasty I assume. Just in an unfortunate splat shape.
I wanted that toilet so bad when I was a kid
I had that Falcon GI Joe! He was super cool! He fit right in with the Super heroes, too!
In 5th-6th grade, the way my best friend and I played GI Joes was via Wrestling federations. We each had our own league, and when we had sleepovers we'd script a supercard. Raptor was my World Champ, Croc Master was my friend Tim's.
You don't know what a Falconer is?
I think the question posed is Why is a falconer.
No Drax.
Maybe if there had been a giant mutant bird toy to give him purpose.
Umm... why is there an upside down model if the female reproductive system painted on the inside of the toilet lid.......
i had the toy. it's like some kinda demonic sigil. which is exactly what you said.
It was supposed to be a nose.
Anyone else getting reminded of the old Dexter's Laboratory opening? Specifically that one sign?
Raptor was so weird but was fun to use as a superhero villain when I started using my Joes as a super hero team vs military team. :)
There is a toy series I'm trying to remember, it wasn't transformers, but you had realistic looking vehicles that could open up to reveal battle fortresses, and it came with small figures (Starcom size, and just plastic) to use in them. One of the toys I had that I do remember was a black F-4 Phantom, the fuel tanks became missile launchers, the mid-section opened up to reveal the battle station parts. I feel like it was something like "X-changers" or "Exchangers" but hadn't seen anything on it. Great channel btw, and would love to see a History on Air Raiders and Sky Commanders.
You forgot anything and everything from The Last Jedi...
is been over a year already, is time to get over it
@@khhnator
Aww you loved it... How precious 😂. Don't be hurt I had an opinion... Shall I send the wahh😭mbulance 🚑?
LMFAO!! The punisher toy made the whole video worth it!
Not gonna lie, I LOVED those WWF Maximum Sweat figures. Didn’t care for the sweating feature, but the big, clunky designs were fun.
ok Rocky punching "the meat" is hilarious! Frank Castle, wait for it hahahahaha!
Good lord...I actually the GI Joe Falconer figure when I was a kid. I completely forgot about that one until watching this list! Wow!
"Porcelain Vortex "!!! Sir, You are my hero!
Never thought I’d see the Ashens brown sofa on a Toy Galaxy video - very cool
Oh man I remember those sweating wrestlers when I was a kid! Haha never thought I'd have to remember them ever again...
