i like how faith lays her chin on the back of his head when she's comforting him. BOSCO IS THE BEST CHARACTER EVER! I LOVED THIS SERIES it was brilliant show
That BoscoFaith connection is amazing! I still rewatch Third Watch whenever it comes up on TV mostly because of Boscos' scenes, he's the best. I love that freaking show!
PTSD is fucking real...this scene hopefully drove that home, even though just a tv show. total respect...Bring back "Third Watch"..come on NBC...you brought back others from the past...let's go!
this scene is breathless..Jason Wiles deserves so many accolades for his character on Third Watch, him and Faith were a perfect team together...always wondered how Fred felt because they were so close, they 'got' each other without having to say it
The only thing more heartbreaking than this scene is knowing there's no small number of Bosco's real life counterparts who responded to the cries for help on this horrible day, and went through exactly what he relays to Faith. Jason Wiles is truly an incredible, criminally underrated actor.
Nice clip, Faith was the only person he could go to and break down like that in front of them! He is too macho and full of pride to speak to some stranger with a PHD in dealing with traumatized cops! lol He can talk to Faith because she is like a big sister to him! Sometimes I think Faith is like him mother the way she pampers him sometimes. But this is one of those times when if you gotta bring the weak side of yourself to the surface, a good freind is good to have!
How Jason Wiles didn’t win an award for this series is beyond me. Bosco is the best character ever featured in a police drama. The normally tough cop coming apart like this is a real life situation so many people faced after 9/11. And Jason Wiles performed this perfectly.
I was sleeping in from a late class the night before. My mom was doing the dishes, my brother called. He hadn’t called her in at least three years. He never called again. He was supposed to be in New York that day and she didn’t understand why he was letting her know he was alright. My mom didn’t believe him and turned on the television. She started yelling for me. I woke up and she told me that a plane hit the World Trade Center, that there were so many bodies. I turned on the television to see the second plane hit.
My husband and I were working security in those days, and on 9/11 we were at an old military base that was being converted to civilian use. We were working the roadblocks where they were digging up buried ordnance so it could be safely detonated, and although we were getting news reports on our alphanumeric pagers, the base being in a narrow mountain valley and the proximity of the barracks buildings meant that all we were getting was “alphabet soup.” Somebody at the dig site had a radio turned up full blast and my husband had the radio on in our car and was relaying the news updates to me until the Army guys told him to shut up and keep the channel clear. I was a nervous wreck because my parents were living in the DC-Metro area and my sister was living in Pittsburgh at the time (I had a cousin in NYC then too-thank the gods I didn’t know that then!), and not knowing what was going on was driving me crazy. The site got shut down early because of the military personnel still living on the base got deactivated, so after we left work we went to the firehouse where we were both volunteers at the time (I’m still there; he hung up the gear eight years ago). Everybody there was piled up two and three deep on every chair in the ready room with our eyes glued to the TV, and the only time anybody moved was to hit the remote. Everybody in the family was okay, and our firehouse was actually two weeks away from being called up to help at Ground Zero when they switched from rescue to recovery mode and didn’t need us anymore. Our firehouse has held a memorial parade on 9/11 every year since to honor those who died on that day. Rain or shine, even the pandemic didn’t stop us from holding this event. 21 years later, it’s still part of the fabric of our firehouse and town. September 11, 2001 Always Remember
This is around the time that Fred slowly started to resent Bosco. Do you think his shocked facial expression was a sign of sympathy for Bosco or annoyance? I can’t really tell.
With Fred, probably annoyance. He was never fond of Faith's life as a cop and anything to do with it, and the last thing he wanted was to see her partner at his house on her nights off. He just doesn't understand that when you are a cop, it becomes a brotherhood where you never turn on eachother.
I think Fred realized at this very moment that it wasn't just the job that came first, it was also Bosco. He saw with his own eyes, just how close they were.. that's when resentment went to a different level.

I love Bosco so much! He went through a lot, and I think it's sweet how he went to Faith for help. Seeing Bosco like that makes me want to hug him.
This is my favorite episode
it truly shows the bond that faith and bosco had!

Your weird faith is married
@@thatonenigeriansformula How are you calling someone weird when you replied to a 17 year old comment? Her comment is probably older than you are.
@@amelie983. it’s not, close in age terms but not, and it’s weird faith is married
@@thatonenigeriansformula Again, you're making this argument to a 17 year old comment. Lol, at that point, who cares what she said?
@@amelie983. didn't realize it was 17 years old when a commented obviously, if I did I wouldn't have bothered
Jeez that is so familiar! Feel for Bosco!

omg =[ i never seen this episode, that was so sad=/
Never liked Fred. Faith could have done so much better. At the end of the series she did. She was with Lt.Miller.
I always thought she'd end up with bosco.

Great acting.
What season and episode is this?

What happened on 11/9
CVPI FANATIC the twin towers attack
emm... how fred get into the house...? i think the door was closed and he had forgotten his key?!?!?
Well, he actually didn't forget keys, he and Faith had an argument about the sergeants test, and he went for a walk
which epp is this???
刑事ドラマではない、でも、イケてるんだよね。サード・ウオッチ。

I never liked Fred
