Good morning Merv 👍. You can't get ahead without a hat,my mum used to say🤣. Glad you enjoyed Thanksgiving and thanks for the praise of my modelling and shout out👍😎. I liked your figures and find working on small scale models great fun and helps a lot when I detail the huge parts of larger scales.👍👍. I nearly bought Gandalf fighting the Balrog at £99 cos of you and this Warhammer influence 🤣🤣🤣👍😎. I hope you have a good week and best wishes from jolly old England 👍😎Pete 🤓
@@petesmodelcarcustoms584 well, be careful there, Pete. It is a dangerous rabbit hole, this warhammer business. And you're welcome, my friend. Your channel is fun to watch. I would love for more people to be able to experience it.
@@smithgroove945 yes, I am. I'm very fortunate that even though I need the headset to magnify, as I build, at least I can still do that. I have a second optimizer that belonged to my father. It has a very powerful lens on it that I used to do figure faces, but it's what he used to use just to type on the computer.
For me winter is model building season. I mean I build all year but now that it's cold and dark early, I'm not going out as much. Do you have a big enough heater to build out in the doghouse during the winter?
@@makoajohnson2341 i the state outside most of last year to build, but this year so far it's been cold enough to make it uncomfortable after an hour or so. That coupled with the shorter days, thanks to the Sun, going down about 430, that it just makes it. Yeah, easier to haul in the house and do it in my office, which doesn't have nearly as good of lighting.
@maddogmerv i live in north ogden myself and my hobby bench is in the basement. I keep a space heater going down there but I have to start it 30 minutes or so before I go down there just so everything is a good temp. Yeah cold is starting earlier this year in utah it seems.
☕☕Glad you all had a great Thanksgiving ☕☕👍👍
Good morning Merv.
Yesterday I was able to check out the new DnD figures and the Dragons are fantastic 😮.
@@christopherkrogh642 i'll actually have to check those out. That would be a lot of fun just to do a couple of those miniatures
