Great video ... I'm a dj im looking on getting this. Your voice sounds clear even on video. That tells alot of how they sound in person. Thanks for the review Keep rocking God bless
Ha ha! Your last comment about your wife is spot on! My wife MADE me buy an L1 system because she was fed up of speakers and stands around the place. Best bit of musical kit I've ever bought.
Nice setup for a one man band. I also own the L1 model 2 with a B2 sub with Tonematch, and line6 pod hd 500x. Def the best PA/ Guitar / Bass amp I've EVER Owned! Good Video!
Hey Riley, you sound great and yes the bose L1 system sounds great too. I'm actually wanting to know what a keyboard sounds like through it but you really have a good voice.
Thanks for the review. I have a Bose L1 on the way!! Also where do you get those backing tracks? Particularly the jazz one...are they minus guitar and vocal?..do they come with charts?
I’m thinking of getting the same rig, but with a b2 bass and a tone match T8S. Does anyone k is if the tone larger tone match will still connect to the tower, or would I need a little table? Nice demo.
I just got a bosel1 and a variax 300. How do I get my variax to sound like an acoustic through the bose? It sounds like acoustic through headphones but not through Mackie mixer and bosel1. What am I doing wrong?
But in this application, the only thing that needs stereo is the backing, so you could use a small mixing console for the backing in stereo and Tonematch's output signal.
How can we trust anything with some comments trashing both the review and system and others praising both? Both positive and negative comments coming from supposedly experienced performers. Very strange. comments
I think playing this type of music you should ditch the guitar, put on a tux and croon a little harder and free'r. You've got the voice for it, your just tired down (unnecessarily) physically by the guitar.
i cant afford bose l1 thats why i just bought $178 dollar powered speaker with bluetooth, usb port, sd card slot, fm radio, with two free microphones lol
djmarco450 How you can you review an expensive sound system and record your own voice on what sounds like a $5 microphone running into a dime store cassette recorder?
Nice system and glad to find a demo of it being used outside which is where a lot of our gigs are. Nice playing too. Thanks!

Great demo. I'm also about to downsize my PA for one of these.

David Mclean hi David is it good for voice?
Very good review, 5 years later the Bose stuff is probably the best
Great review, thank God a real pro artist reviewed this, well done.
The best review yet on this system. Much thanks!
Sounded great man. Your a true pro. Appreciate the review. 👍

Like the Bobby Darin, "Beyond the Sea" (icing on the cake(-pardon the pun--"wedding cake"). Great practical presentation. God Bless You.
That's great!.... I have the classic version the base is s back breaker.. whats your base weigh
Thanx for a great review, 1 question , what's running the backing music and how do you control it? Thanx again!
Thanks for the review. I have a Bose L1 on the way!! Also where do you get those backing tracks? Particularly the jazz one...are they minus guitar and vocal?..do they come with charts?
good mate, i do solo, might go for the new bose S1
nice!! thanks for demo
They are a Cat 5 Cable but shelled. You can use a normal computer cable.
you can buy the tonematch separate or you can buy with the system. if i you buy it both system and tonematch for a big discount.
rock on riley... sounds real good
Great review

Does the T1 ToneMatch come with it or is that a separate product? It looks like it came with it ..
its ok to use 6-8 microphones? thank you
Hi,
I am Considering buying one of those systems but is it really good for voice only?
Great review. Thanks
would it be good for a dj of electronic music? bass response? flat eq?
what is the name of the song that you sing at 3:31?
Beyond the Sea. The Bobby Darin classic.
would you be able to hook up 2 l1 system to one tone match thank you awsome Jams Aloha
Would possible, but double mono only. Tonematch is a mono mixing console.
But in this application, the only thing that needs stereo is the backing, so you could use a small mixing console for the backing in stereo and Tonematch's output signal.
nice review, tks
great.. wonderfull
che chitarra usi? senza pick up?
very nice
this is the L1 b2bass ? or b1bass?
Riley's using the B1 bass, the B2 is twice as tall and overkill for his solo act imo...
The Bose system or the video camera is clipping.
It's the camera, that dislikes the sound level.
It would if you turn the gains too high.
Oh wait, that's some fine chops on your axe in the country tune. Maybe only use it when you need it?

2013 and you can't find a better camera to do a review with???
Thats too much stuff to remember to bring

Muito Bom !
Please sir Bose technology Hindi tell me
Nice singing Flatso !
Impressive ;).
Great video....sad to see a gig with backing tracks......all because people won't pay for a whole band.....
Love your nose I could tell you don't need a mixer
I love my Turbosound even better. It requires even less setup than the Bose. I just need the sub and top and I'm done
Cool singing
flat
Bose
Ridiculous. Sounds like it was recorded on a cassette deck from 1978. How can you you do something like this?
??

meltingmood
you live up to your name.
meltingmood Wow, if that's what a 1978 Cassette deck and a $5.00 mic sounds like I'll take 4 of them!
You are a ridiculous!!
