Rondo strings are really incredible , I did also a video on them . You have to try the light A ( with less tension ) if they send it to you . It fits the other strings amazingly. It make other strings even easier to play , and the A sound even more Round and make all the instrument resonate better only by a lower tension A . Light A is till a prototype I guess (18,10 Kg)
THIS is what I imagine a cello SHOULD sound like - nice and soulful and dark in the nicest way. You're an excellent cellist - have you still the same feelings about the Rondos strings almost a year on?

For the Rondo A, did you try the A XP version or just the A?
I tried the XP as well and was very impressed. Very easy to play and very easy bow response.
