Horse tail plant, scientific name: Equisetum arvense

The Horsetail plant is a super herbal, medicinal plant that is good for so many things, diabetes, hair growth, skin, nails, bones, arthritis, blood sugar, blood pressure and much, much more. You can find this plant growing in damp, moist fields of wet ground, a ground that will support the cattail plant will also usually support the horsetail plant. I tried this at the stage it was in in your video, but I didn't like the way it tasted. I would try it again just for the benefits. I did hear someone else say it was nice tasting.I wonder if you're gonna like it in your tea. I wouldn't say I'm healthy,but I don't take any pharmaceutical medicine.

I mix a little honey with it just to take advantage of its medicinal properties, too good to pass up.
