Hey everyone, the „Everyday Dialogues“ series has been online for almost a year now. During this time, you guys have provided me with your valuable feedback - mostly words of appreciation and encouragement, which I am genuinely grateful for. It means the world to me that you enjoy my project and appreciate my hard work. But the series also contained execution flaws, which we discovered together along the way. Some of them were small things, like a couple of typos here and there, but there were also things, that I just couldn’t turn a blind eye to. The UA-cam spacebar blocking the subtitles when pausing the videos was one of the aspects that I simply had to correct. And because I decided to take the time to do that, I have also tried my best to improve all the other parts that you have suggested in the comments. Just in case you were wondering why all of a sudden there’s 25 new videos on my channel, now you know. Thank you for your constructive criticism and for helping me make this series better! Be happy! ♥

I was wondering if you could consider keeping the complete collection of videos up and replace them slowly as you can. I find that even if they contain flaws, they are of invaluable benefit (at least from a phonetic perspective). Anyway, it is just s suggestion. Thanks from Canada.

I am so grateful for this videos, they really do help learn the language in a more 'real' environment than the sterile and lifeless grammar books. Yes, grammar is important but this is more akin to how babies learn a language. They don't get taught the grammar first! That comes later to refine your broken understanding. I am so glad to be able to have a chance to slowly learn a beautiful language that evolved from the Latin of the Roman Empire of old, a state long gone but it's cultural echoes shaped my country of origin , Greece as it was part of it for a long time, (imagine my grandparents don't call themselves Greeks but Romioi/Romanoi which means Roman ) and of course shaped Romania with it's beautiful romance language. My love for the Roman Empire aside, I am learning the Romanian language to surprise my Romanian speaking girlfriend, and possibly move in the country in a few years. I almost teared up writing this, thank you once again.

"cel", "cea", "cei", "cele" are often used before adjectives (or attributes in general) to help distinguish the determined nouns from other similar objects/persons: for example, here, it's the NEW neighbour we're talking about and not some other random neighbour, so, "cel" simply makes everything sound more specific by stressing the fact that the neighbour is new. Of course, you can just leave it out and the meaning of the entire structure won't be affected that much, but I felt it sounded more natural if I used it and so I did. 😉
