Interesting interview I love the dynamic of the 2 of you bringing the slightest differences in your interviewing style. I am market Gardening several acres and have 3 tree services bringing in the Mulch and I also add coffee grounds. I collect them weekly from local coffee shops, I add these to the vegetable root zones, and mulch the pathways with a minimum of 8”. My 45’ green bean tunnel was extremely successful producing from spring until just now in November. The mulch kept the vines alive throughout our extremely hot Texas summer and allowed an amazing harvest of 8lbs a day of fresh beans. I sold to local restaurants and Farmers Markets! Keep up the good work! Love both of your smiles and enthusiasm!!!

From my understanding, over time the wood chip will break down, decompose and turn into “top soil”.
