No, TDS is kept above 100 and basic RO is only used. RO n ioniser both are completely different technologies. Ionizers breaks water into H n OH ions. Thus live antioxidant rich ionized water comes out from it which is also naturally alkaline n very thin (micro clustered) in size. This interview is leaving some questions unaswered. As he was explaining how to purchase an ionizer, he was interrupted. No details about hydrogenated or Kangen water given. I still have not been able to understand whether an ionizer will also remove TDS. An advice was given to set the TDS level of water to 125. But you can't adjust the TDS in the RO. It is set outside the RO. That means some water will bypass the RO and will be filtered via other filters in the water purifier. For that you need to have TDS controller which is optional to purchase in some purfier systems. But even if you bypass, you are still getting arsenic and fluoride in the water coming from underground aquifers which won't be filtered by other filters in the purifier. So is it worth using TDS controller? Sometimes he raised questions and the host thought that they were meant for her whereas he was raising a question in general so that he could answer it. The interview provided very important information and I think there was no reason to cut it short. It seemed that the host decided to suddenly end it abruptly. Is it a TV show where you are restricted? Now I will have to continue the research online to get the answers: Which ionizer to purcahse? How much money it will cost? I am 72 Yrs old. Every day our Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation supplied NARAMADA River whater. I bring this water from Municipal water line and Boiled in my kitchen in two big steel container keep it room temperature for let it cool. After cooling I stored in soil Matka and drink. Your water might be having too much chlorine or it would be acidic . It's dead water that you are consuming. It will aggravate the problem .

Ionization can't take place if the TDS is below 80 . Normally ionized water is in the range of 100 to 150 . That's the best .
