her name is Lisa Silverman, that is her real name, Ginko is just what ekachi calls her but i guess the writers didn't like her much and kept that as her name even tho the characters call her Lisa

Even in the PS1 version in Japanese, she IS called Ginko by the text. Same for Eikichi being called "Michel".
