looks good. I freeze my garlic bulbs in the fall. when they thaw, just before using, you can squish or slice. Love it

Any instructions for those of us who don't own a dual basket air fryer?
I think some single basket type have a roasting rack type of device or a toaster oven rack could work also. For the side by side action, I would suggest doing the vegetable first and finish with the flat bread after all else is done.
You can do the breads in a frying pan. Alternatively use your oven.

Oven.
An air fryer is, essentially, a table-top convection oven. So if you have an oven with a fan, you're sorted.
Not to poo-poo air fryers. People are loving them and not everyone has the space or need for a larger oven!

this is far from clear - you need better editing or initial writing
