Thirty years later it hasn’t changed much. 😢
move to a different country.
Gotten worse
30 years on a black person can falsify a race hate crime for personal gain. Change of a kind
7:07. Smart kid. Wonder where he is today.
Is that kids name really Christmas? 😂
In prison
Bloods shot him
He became the 44th potus.
Sadly, upon 30 years of reflection, I don't believe that America is in a better place in 2022 . . .
You have plenty of choice North Korea , Cuba, China,Vietnam Nam,Cambodia, anda lot of more
I remember that day, like yesterday!!
I experienced both Watts 65' & Rodney King 92'............history repeats and will continue to do so. ~Peace~
Crazy you said that the parallels are insane
Wow I lived in Pacoima and I still remember this like it was yesterday!! Long Live L.A!!
It dont seem like 30 years ago it seem like it happend yesterday
Nothing has changed!!
Wow that's crazy
7:40 This kid should've gone Viral Nationwide - especially all over South Central area. Sometimes we need to listen more to the children.
How the heck was he supposed to go viral at that time? internet was a luxury at that time.
Was Gas at $1.37? lol
I was 16.5 living on the Westside of LA and I didn’t participate and I lived in the projects
You want a cookie or something?
You want a cookie for your reply? If you were around during the riots and participated or received any kind of benefit from anyone who looted, than you're a pathetic parasite or a spawn of one 🤷🏻♀️
Yea right and if not u should of
Shid.. you poe! Should’ve been out there getting yo juss due🤷🏾♂️
63 people died
2,383 injured
12,000 arrests
1 billion in property damage
40,000 jobs gone
I watched the la riots goes high all time and remember i was hype about this rage of the street. When beat the people up by throw rocks, bottles, and exposed. Yeah! That's crazy and insane at the same time.
Burgerking on Jefferson, Crenshaw and Jefferson?
8:44 bullshit, like it effects that lady go back to art school😂
It’s always the kids speaking truth …. ✊🏿
If this happens again, the looting will be 10x worse thanks to the hyper consumerism caused by social media.
Wow where is that little kid today.
The funniest part was when they couldn’t cash their welfare checks a couple days later.
Tu Pac was right, I see no changes. Its worse! Drain the swamp!
Yet they did't bother asking the ones who were really hurt by this riot. Same thing in 2020 too; stop asian hate movement got silenced real quick once it was shown who were the main assailants.
As riots go, I still prefer the Watts riots of 1964. It was open season on the rioters and cops didn't need to be thinking "lawsuit" before blasting away with their 12 gauges (they still used revolvers and shot guns back in '64).
You need a hug
@@Jay-jb2vr Naw....I'll take a D.A that believes in law & order any day!
@@kendallevans4079 good luck with that. Keep paying your taxes to Uncle Sam.
@@Jay-jb2vr Better results than a hug
I'd be the happiest girl on earth if you get into riots and they do some nice things to you. Poor reginald denny. You shouldve been there instead of him
Who tf names their kids strawberry?
