Lebron, Steph, Pippen, Isiah, all of those guys had to wait a few years. The only guys that I can think of that won championships right out of the gate were Magic and Bird. It takes time, man.

Compare her current contribution to Kobe's rookie stats or 1st Round #2 pick Brandon Miller's rookie stats, this may surprise you. Basketball is a team sport. Caitlin is playing on the third-worst team from the 2023 season. Most rookies can't pull a sorry squad to victory in any league unless they give 40-point games every night and even then they still may lose. All the attention that she's getting is based on hate and nothing else.

The biggest problem with WNBA is they are to busy trying to compare themselves to the men's game instead of creating their own identity. The other problem is no above the rim play. They already play with smaller ball and the 3 point line is is in closer. Lower the rims so you can get some above the rims action and create your own identity.
