Great episode TT...by going places like this episode one can see why in 1988 that Ford put out that huge media spill saying that "FORD now offer the best and most capable touring 4x4s in the world" and went ahead and did the deal with Nissan to rebadge GQ's to the Ford Mavericks...AND NOW that they have just done it again with the Nissan Y62..for their latest Mavericks...although their new model Ford Mavericks wouldn't come within CooWee of the GQs. So good infact that my mate was offered a straight swap with a 2008 200 series LC with 167,000kms on dash and didn't swap...as high quality solid axles are getting harder to find.. Would love to see the new LC300 do this same track...be interesting 😊
I reckon you’d look good in a d22 yd That would make sense good content with a build on that 👍🏽. How amazing did that place look that you had a swim at 😮

Hi mate, I would love to go to those pinnacles . Even though I have a modified Navara np300 , 2 “ lift on 32” tyres. I got booked and fined in Brisbane by having 32.8 “ tyres. (285x70/R17) Before Plus rear factory locker and front arb air locker. / rockslides Bash plates./winch. But , there is always one: I really like your 4wd adventures but almost impossible to go there safely without breaking cv’s and what not , On most utes nowadays , because of 35” heavy modified rigs like yours and Tim’s. I am very capable with my Ute but would not go there because of that. If you had a more moderate modified Utes on 32” tyres , join your mob , it would certainly get my ✔️ tick of approval and would be more relevant to more fourbies like mine. Maybe you’re more tailored towards the big modified fourbies Crowd on at least 35” rubber? Please let me know Cheers mate.
