Even though I practice Latosa Escrima, wich has almost no flashy movements, I always can take something from your videos. As long as you keep em coming I'll keep on watching. Greetings from Germany and have a great day.👍
AN71H3RO Thanks for the support bro! 🙏Glad you can still get value from this! It's also nice for me to see different approaches even if I won't necessarily use them. They can enhance my understanding of things. ☺️

Nice drills brother. Totally agree with the guys from Germany, keep the videos coming because you give us nice ideas to work on. Greetings from Cyprus :)
Kuya, simula nung napanood ko video mo grabe nainspire ako sumubok ng arnis ngayong quarantine and lahat ng videos mo iniisa-isa ko and salamat kase ang dami ko talagang natutunan. Thank you po, sana more videos pa po huhu!
Incredible Daniel. A new way to better my arnis style. I have been practicing arnis with free style and it is hard. It’s difficult combining the movements but I know it takes time. This is video at least it’s a game winner to learn how to improve the free flow style. Many thanks Daniel. :)
It’s Ethan Time I appreciate the constant support! But more importantly, it's good to know you find these useful! 🙏 Yeah it can take some time to start combining movements comfortably. You're on the right track. Just keep practicing. ☺️
It's impossible to practice arnis without pouting or pursed lips 🤣. Keep the videos coming they're fantastic. Love how they are short and succinct. Salamat and pugay 🙏
Hi Jomarie! I have links in the description box of this video for online courses you can try. ☺️ I also have a few basics tutorials on this channel. Just try stuff and see what you like. ☺️
I noted down the drills and I do them with a timer when I feel like moving around Hope this is a good substitute to shadowboxing for some fat loss and don't want my sticks left to waste either :))

Hello, I'm Ralston. How do theses drils work with a Cane.
What do you call the weight you put?
Pwede po ba yan gamitin sa anyo sir, pang laban ba sa anyo?ang galing po kase
Nice drill,,,Support mastet from San Jose del Monte City,,
Pugay po.
What is the difference between a weighted stick or a kamagong in terms of training though?
Ry Mi I consider a kamagong stick to also be a weighted stick. I do the same drills with kamagong or with steel pipes.
Ganda ng shirt mo idol!
I'm here because of our Physical education online activity :)
