I stumbled across your videos several weeks ago, having never even tried Sim racing but your videos inspired me to try it, so I've bought a mid level wheel and pedals and down loaded Assetto Corsa and I am hooked! With that, I have fallen in love with Nurburgring and I keep coming back to this track to practice despite how difficult it is. I have tried different cars and the GT series feels best for me so far, but I can't seem to keep up with the rest of the cars. I follow their tracks exactly and try to mimic their braking a shifting through the sharp curves, but the front tires are incredibly loose and I lose control and crash at those speeds. I'm not looking to win yet, but instead just be able to finish at least a few seconds behind the rest, as right now the best I can do is keep it slow through the curves and I am literally minutes behind the rest before I can complete 1 lap. In your car setup, do you aggressively change it from the default setup to get better tire grip or do you think that its just driving technique I need to master? Any advice you can give, or maybe direct me to some info on this, I would sincerely appreciate it! Again, thank you for these awesome videos and inspiring me to try it!
Thank you so much for the kind words, my friend! Really appreciate it 🙌 And welcome to the world of sim racing! Assetto Corsa is a fantastic choice, and the Nürburgring is definitely one of the most challenging tracks out there if not THE. If you’re enjoying GT cars, I’d recommend checking out Assetto Corsa Competizione with the Nürburgring DLC, as it's very focused on GT racing. About car setups, I almost never change the car setup. Most of the time, it comes down to practice and getting comfortable with how the car handles. The Nürburgring is notoriously difficult, but it’s all about finding the right balance, braking late enough to carry speed through the corners, but not so late that you lose control. It takes a lot of laps to get it just right! If you’re struggling with grip and control, especially through the sharper turns, it might be a good idea to focus on learning another track like Laguna Seca first. It's simpler to memorize, which allows you to focus on your braking points and car positioning. Once you nail that, you can transfer those skills back to the Nürburgring. There are some excellent videos out there that break down the importance of track positioning and braking techniques. I highly recommend watching a few to see how small adjustments can make a big difference. Watching you is getting me back into sim racing. And this time I have a big budget going into it so I kinda wanna do a grass roots project and thinking about something like this instead of VR
@abuhajaar2533, that's fantastic to hear! Getting back into sim racing with a solid budget opens up so many possibilities! 🙂 There are pros and cons with both VR and triple screens. It depends on whats more important to you. I prefer triple screens because I like to be able to interact with my gear around me. I also find the image quality to be alot higher with good quality TVs. And that might change in a couple of years. I also get motion sickness from VR, and that's because I need at least 100 to 120fps to not get motion sickness.. And the last pro for triples is that you get a much wider field of view. Remember, it's all about creating a setup that feels right for you and enhances your enjoyment of the game. Very dangerous curbs. They can easily turning around a car. I drove a McLaren720. Please tell me, if put the QR2 Pro on the Fanatec McLaren GT3 wheel, will it work with a 15 nM with Clubsport DD++ base? I wouldn't want to change this steering wheel. I really like it. 🏎️🔥
Great video. The graphics are SUPER clean. I finally broke down and bought this game. I've been playing GT7 since launch, and I need something different. I'm only a casual driver, so this should be fun.

This is incredible, looks amazing. I think the foggy style glare needs to be adjusted slightly by the devs, but apart from that amazing! I think we also need some sort of technology in editing software that will "stabilize" vr content. Obviously in game your eyes are adjusting the visuals and for you it's much less bumpy, but for us the end user, VR is often incredibly bumpy as we don't have the ability to stabilise the end video as you would be in real time. Sometimes makes VR content really hard to follow compared to how it looks when you're experiencing VR first hand.
Thank you so much, mate! Really appreciate it 🙌 But this isn't VR 😁 I use a helmet-mounted GoPro and this setup: ua-cam.com/video/PmI0VHUsQpY/v-deo.htmlsi=7Fc-5s2LrIk-WcK8 It's so bumpy because of my motion system 😁 I've found that most people prefer the camera stability turned off. I appreciate the feedback and I'm still fine-tuning my motion system to get just the right amount of shakiness 😊
@@ProjectSimRacing Ahh sorry thanks for that, I've actually seen that video before not sure why I thought it looked like VR! Maybe it's just me but it seems like it's quite bumpy, I think it's a mix of the camera movement in game and the gopro movement. Don't get me wrong it looks incredible! Just wonder if there would be a way to stabilise the gopro camera in video editing or in the capture settings. I'm sure for you it's nowhere near as bumpy as the end video. It does look incredible though, VERY jealous!
@IsSalty thank you so much, and no worries mate! I had my rig at about 10% for this race😆 But I will find the sweet spot soon. Appreciate the feedback!
Thank you so much mate! Yes, exactly 😊 I use a helmet mounted GoPro and this setup to make my videos ua-cam.com/video/PmI0VHUsQpY/v-deo.htmlsi=7Fc-5s2LrIk-WcK8
Thats amazing. I love this track because its best quality view perfomance. Setings on max. But my computer (GPU) pulls 300w so its gjetting hot in my shorts. You wear glowes , trousers and longpants. Puuh...😅. But nice setup you got!
Your trousers now look much more the part if not fireproof. Next step is to swap the sloppy joe for something Steve McQueen might have worn in Le Mans! Just kidding. Another superb video! Thanks!
Haha 😄, I did consider going full race mode with a suit, but I'd rather not turn the sim rig into a sauna! 🤣 Thanks a ton, brother! Your support is always amazing! 🙌
@@ProjectSimRacing it mainly comes down to the reflections on surfaces, like the dash and banners on the gp part of the track, mine looks dull and lifeless. Also the sharpness of objects in the distance. On 3x 4k that's mega impressive!!! Was mega to watch
Thank you so much brother! I don't know to be honest. Maybe it's because of the way I film with a helmet mounted GoPro and this setup 😁ua-cam.com/video/_BNNc7JcLVM/v-deo.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD
Thank you so much! But no, not yet. My motion rig should arrive in a couple of weeks. As of now, I have my rig on something called Slip-Angle Isolators and it does move from simply me driving. You can see the Slip-Angle Isolators in my setup tour video here ua-cam.com/video/_BNNc7JcLVM/v-deo.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD
@@ProjectSimRacing I know it's a typo, but the "...simply me drinking" part made me laugh. I thought that might be the case. I know when I watch my friends drive on my rig I was surprised at how much they're bouncing around just from the FFB. I don't have motion, just a set and pedals bass shakers. Was looking at getting a 3dof base but then "the economy" happened and everything is twice as much, so yeah...
@jasongreen4396 hahaha🤣🤣🤣 Yes, that was a typo, blame it on the phone 😝😄 Absolutely, we do move around quite a bit while driving! And with those Slip-Angle Isolators, every movement is significantly amplified. I'd definitely recommend them if you're waiting to invest in a full motion system. Plus, you can just get the isolators if you already have the bass shakers - that's what I did 😊
Absolutely amazing! Everything looks amazing from the game to the setup to the how perfectly you have everything lined up. Just out of curiosity, how many fps do you get here? Congrats!
@ruilopes4598 oh I wish I could run them at 4k,but not even the 4090 can do that. So I run them at 2k instead. But still a lot of pixels! 7680x1440 to be exact 😄
@ProjectSimRacing How do you record the sound? Are you putting in-game sound on the video? Or are you recording the sound output from the speaker? I'm curious about the equipment you recorded.
If you were able to grab a strip of Ambi lights that shine the colours from the edges of the screen down onto your arms in the dark, and in any night races too, that would look fantastic.
That's a fantastic suggestion! I've actually implemented Ambi lights in my setup already 😉. You can check them out in my setup tour video here: ua-cam.com/video/_BNNc7JcLVM/v-deo.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD. The only hitch is that I need to use a secondary light source to ensure the steering wheel is visible, as the Ambi lights alone aren't quite enough to illuminate the wheel.
@xendraven haha😄 Thank you so much brother! I really appreciate it 🙌 And I just order and additional 3 Philips Hue Play lights in hope that they should be enough so that I don't have to use the extra light source 🙂 Thanks for the feedback! 🙏🙌
Thank you so much brother! Really appreciate it 🙌 Here you go mate simlab.prf.hn/l/OqjJ9YW You need three freestands. One of the best TV stands out there!
Settings please for you dd+ wheelbase on acc! Thanks! Also how do you enjoy acc? Is it one of your favorite sim titles? Do you use any assists? Just wondering how I should set it for optimal play. I know gt3 carss many have traction control and abs in real life so just wondering. Ffb settings and in game settings would be a big helps thanks in advance.
I actually use Fanalabs recommended settings for ACC and default in-game settings 🙂 Nothing else. As for assists I usually only habe some ABS on, like in this video. Nothing else. And I think ACC is the vest GT3/GT2 sim.
@reviewforthetube6485 most do run with TC on, so I'd recommend you start there. Amd if you feel brave, try turning it off😊 I feel that I'm faster without it. Plus I love to fight with the car😆
Another great video! Would love to know what camera settings you use on the GoPro 12. When I try to record my sim racing there is a lot of camera noise.
Thank you! I record at 4k 60 fps. But you do need a lot of light around you. That's why I bought all those Philips Hue lights that you can se in my setup tour video ua-cam.com/video/_BNNc7JcLVM/v-deo.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD

@ProjectSimRacing Thanks, I was going to ask you, but you read my mind. Been doing a lot of research for what I want to put together. Busy working 60 hrs a week, & gym 2 hrs a day, 6 days a week.. Okay, I’ve been wanting to buy that budget wheel from Fanatec. I won’t be as good as you with your setup but I think it’ll feel better in ACC than the Gran Turismo wheel the DD PRO bundle the kit came with
You mean this one? fanatec.com/eu-en/steering-wheels/csl-elite-steering-wheel-mclaren-gt3-v2?FAP+Banner&General+Links&a_aid=642e93a817bf2 If so, that's a fantastic wheel for the money! And it does make a huge difference when driving GT3/GT2 cars 😉

great video❤
Thank you so much 🙌
Great Driving! The new dlc really does look great!
Thank you so much! And yeah, it looks great! 🙂
Well this just looks absolutely amazing 😻
Thank you so much! Really appreciate it 🙌
this is absolutely nuts.
Thank you so much! 🙌
Best I've ever seen
Thank you so much! 🙌
Great video. The graphics are SUPER clean. I finally broke down and bought this game.
I've been playing GT7 since launch, and I need something different. I'm only a casual driver, so this should be fun.
Thank you so much! And happy you bought it, because it's definitely worth every penny 😊
@ProjectSimRacing I hope so. I have a PS5 on controller, but I'm definitely looking forward to something different.
@bigsarge8795 I can really recommend you get yourself a wheel. It's night and day difference. Here's the best you can get for a PS5 fanatec.com/eu-en/racing-wheels-direct-drive-bases/racing-wheels/gran-turismo-dd-extreme?FAP+Banner&General+Links&a_aid=642e93a817bf2
But you definitely don't have to pay that much to get a good wheel for your PS5. Therea re cheaper alternative. Mots Fanatec wheels are compatible with PS5 fanatec.com/eu-en/ready2race/?_gl=1*1iq9uzr*_up*MQ..*_ga*NjkxNDQ4NjQ5LjE2OTU2ODMwNjM.*_ga_Q6VYC4JPVE*MTY5NTY4MzA2Mi4xLjAuMTY5NTY4MzA2Mi4wLjAuMA..&FAP+Banner&General+Links&a_aid=642e93a817bf2
@@ProjectSimRacing sweet. Thanks for the advice
@bigsarge8795 with pleasure mate! Just let me know if you have any questions 🤝
Really appreciate it 🙌 But this isn't VR 😁 I use a helmet-mounted GoPro and this setup: ua-cam.com/video/PmI0VHUsQpY/v-deo.htmlsi=7Fc-5s2LrIk-WcK8
It's so bumpy because of my motion system 😁 I've found that most people prefer the camera stability turned off.
Appreciate the feedback!
bravo for adjusting the colorimetry I love it
💯❤
Thank you so much! 💙
Beautyifuly done mate! How do you record it ? Like a go pro on your head or what? This is recorded gameplay external right?
Thank you so much mate! Yes, exactly 😊 I use a helmet mounted GoPro and this setup to make my videos ua-cam.com/video/PmI0VHUsQpY/v-deo.htmlsi=7Fc-5s2LrIk-WcK8
@ my lord! I just saw heaven🙏. Damn, awesome. But most awesome thing is that you always have a time to support us in comments with answers. Thank you.
@wojciech973 it's my pleasure to interact with you guys! 😊🙌
man , so bumpy . I can't watch this without getting sick . no kidding
Sorry to hear that mate.. 🙄
@@ProjectSimRacing haha , no worries , it looks great don't get me wrong but ...
Thank you! I'm still tweaking my motion rig. I hope to find a good balance soon😉
Details in the foliage is amazing
Agree 😊
WTF ahahah it took me minutes to realize was a setup man! lol
😁 Glad to hear that! 🙌
Thats amazing. I love this track because its best quality view perfomance. Setings on max. But my computer (GPU) pulls 300w so its gjetting hot in my shorts. You wear glowes , trousers and longpants. Puuh...😅. But nice setup you got!
Haha Thank you so much mate! My PC pulls over 600W in-games🤣 So I have a big AC behind me to cool me down 😉
Assetto corsa competizione the best
Love it too😁
Your trousers now look much more the part if not fireproof.
Great drive but blue Ferrari made u nervous between Karussel and Döttinger-Höhe xD
😁
I have most things on epic yet still doesn't look this good, amazing stuff man.
Thank you so much! I think it has a lot to do with the way I film with my helmet mounted GoPro 😉
Amazing 🤩👌🏻
Thank you so much! 🙌
Omg 😮 the best
Thank you so much! 🙌

😁 Thanks mate! 🙌
This looks so much better than Forza, I need this!
Absolutely! A lot better 🙂
I just sold my csl dd simagic will receive my alpha 15nm base and gts leather wheel and simagic p1000 pedal in couple days, so excited😊
Nice! 😍 That's a good wheel brother! Enjoy it! 💙
Edit: let me know how it feels compared to your CSL DD, once you get it😉
I just buy this game : ) I love your SETUP !?!
Thank you so much! Have fun with the game!
Would love to see a 25 % race see how you do with pit stops and everything would be fun to watch your sim is amazing !
Thanks for the feedback! Will definitely keep that in mind 🙌
amazing footage! and why does your ACC looks much better then my ACC?
Thank you so much brother!
I don't know to be honest. Maybe it's because of the way I film with a helmet mounted GoPro and this setup 😁ua-cam.com/video/_BNNc7JcLVM/v-deo.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD
3:42 OMG!
😁 Thank you! 🙌
Mesmerizing
Thank you so much! 🙌
Epic!!!
Thank you brother! 🙌
Insane !
Thank you so much mate! 🙌
Are you on a motion rig? Your videos have a good head shake to them that makes them feel like live onboard camera action!
Plus, you can just get the isolators if you already have the bass shakers - that's what I did 😊
ur setup is sick
Thank you so much! 🙌
I cant tell where the screen stops and the rig starts, stunning setup
Thank you so much brother! Really appreciate it 🙌
man, i cant wait for AC 2 to release
Same here! 😊
I love the setup
Thank you so much! Really appreciate it 🙌
my damn heart keeps jumping watching this vid then i have to remind myself its not a real race LUL
😁 I take that as a huge compliment! Thank you so much! Really appreciate it 🙏🙌
Your setup 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you so much! 🙌
Absolutely amazing! Everything looks amazing from the game to the setup to the how perfectly you have everything lined up.
Just out of curiosity, how many fps do you get here?
Congrats!
Thank you so much brother! I really appreciate it 🙏🙌
I always aim for 120fps, and that's what I get😊
@ProjectSimRacing that 4090 really is a beast, triple 4k with such high graphic settings and still get 120fps its just something unbelievable 😂
@ruilopes4598 oh I wish I could run them at 4k,but not even the 4090 can do that. So I run them at 2k instead. But still a lot of pixels! 7680x1440 to be exact 😄
@ruilopes4598 and from the distance I'm seating, theres literally no difference between 2k and 4k😉
@ProjectSimRacing still amazing, i don't think we would notice a difference either. Enjoy bro!
I’d love to see clip of the setup in real life. Can’t even tell where the screen(s) end and setup begins!
Must have cost a lot of £££
Here you go mate😊 ua-cam.com/video/PmI0VHUsQpY/v-deo.htmlsi=7Fc-5s2LrIk-WcK8
And yeah, I've spent quite a lot for this setup..
That's great! Please raise the night driving!!!!
Did you turn on the HDR effect? The light source effect is enormous.
Yes I did😊
Thank you!😊🙌
@ProjectSimRacing How do you record the sound? Are you putting in-game sound on the video? Or are you recording the sound output from the speaker? I'm curious about the equipment you recorded.
I'm sorry that it's a @ProjectSimRacing translator.
Can you do a tour of your setup my mind doesn’t comprehend how your feet look like they’re past the screen but not at the same time. Much love thanks❤
Thank you so much brother! 🙏💙
I actually have a setup tour video here 🙂 ua-cam.com/video/PmI0VHUsQpY/v-deo.htmlsi=7Fc-5s2LrIk-WcK8
Great video as always! The real question is, when are you going to play The Long Drive on that lovely rig of yours?
Thank you so much! 🙌
Haha😄 Not so sure about that game😆
@@ProjectSimRacing that video is absolutely nuts... I'm not one bit jealous though... Honest
@xendraven haha😄 Thank you so much brother! I really appreciate it 🙌
And I just order and additional 3 Philips Hue Play lights in hope that they should be enough so that I don't have to use the extra light source 🙂 Thanks for the feedback! 🙏🙌
@@ProjectSimRacing really looking forward to seeing how that turns out, you got yourself a sub and a bell

Thank you so much brother! Really appreciate it 🙌
Here you go mate simlab.prf.hn/l/OqjJ9YW
You need three freestands.
@@ProjectSimRacing gotcha so do most run without traction control? Because I though most use it in games like this.
@@ProjectSimRacing I can't find the reccomended settings on fanalab for the dd+ .
@reviewforthetube6485 most do run with TC on, so I'd recommend you start there. Amd if you feel brave, try turning it off😊 I feel that I'm faster without it. Plus I love to fight with the car😆
Awesome setup! Wondering what gloves those are
Thank you so much! I got them from Abruzzi. You can find the link in the description 😊
3:18 and 3:40 very impressive
Thank you! 😊🤙
@@ProjectSimRacing Thanks man, cranking the lights helped heaps.

wooooooooooooooooooooooooooow

More real then the real.
Thank you so much! 🙌
It's been a long while since I did any proper sim racing; got into it when Project Cars was released. I was in Heaven lol, maxed out GPU, snacks & forgetting to remember people shower lmao. 🍻 Was having the time of my life; NO ONE could keep up! I'm building a brand new sim rig this year, hope we can race in the near future. Until then, keep burning that rubber! 👊
Thank you so much, @TechWiz1983! It sounds like you’ve had some fantastic times with sim racing. There’s definitely a lot of new stuff to enjoy since Project Cars 2, and it sounds like you’re going to love diving back in with your new rig! 😊 If you're looking for some setup inspiration, definitely check out my setup tour here: ua-cam.com/video/_BNNc7JcLVM/v-deo.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD. You’ll find all the gear I use listed in the description. Can't wait to see you on the track😊 Cheers!
@ProjectSimRacing Thanks, I was going to ask you, but you read my mind. Been doing a lot of research for what I want to put together. Busy working 60 hrs a week, & gym 2 hrs a day, 6 days a week.. Only day off is Sunday, but even that is laundry, grocery shopping & meal prep + church. Sister is preggo with my 3rd niece (love playing with them) & am excited for the 3rd one! Need a woman in my life to help out with laundry & meal prep, no time for anything; yet I'm looking for a pitbull pup as well! 🙃 Thankful. God is good! I look forward to racing with you when everything is complete. Thank-you for bringing back good memories of sim racing bliss! 🏁
@TechWiz1983, it definitely sounds like you have a lot on your plate, but it’s inspiring to see how you manage it all with such positivity! Congrats on your growing family and the new niece on the way-sounds like a lot of joy in your life! A new pup would surely add even more excitement. 😊
Thanks for sharing your story, and keep those spirits high-God is indeed good! 🙌
This is absolutely incredible. Does anyone know how much a setup like this would cost?
Thank you so much! Really appreciate it 🙌
I've spent over 40k by now 🥶 Here's my setup tour video ua-cam.com/video/PmI0VHUsQpY/v-deo.htmlsi=7Fc-5s2LrIk-WcK8
Okay, I’ve been wanting to buy that budget wheel from Fanatec. I won’t be as good as you with your setup but I think it’ll feel better in ACC than the Gran Turismo wheel the DD PRO bundle the kit came with
You mean this one? fanatec.com/eu-en/steering-wheels/csl-elite-steering-wheel-mclaren-gt3-v2?FAP+Banner&General+Links&a_aid=642e93a817bf2
If so, that's a fantastic wheel for the money! And it does make a huge difference when driving GT3/GT2 cars 😉
@@ProjectSimRacing yup! If that’s your affiliate link, I’ll be happy to use it when I’m ready to purchase just need to save since I want the QR1 too. I hate the lite one on my wheel.

Thanks a lot brother! It really does help a lot! 💙
Great setup, The triple 55 Tv's you're running, Are they 4k panels and are you running them at their native resolution? Thanks
Thank you so much! Yes, they are 4k TVs, but I'm running them at 2k (7680x1440) because I want 120fps all the time 😉
Your rig looks very similar to Boosted Media´s rig. I don´t know what kind of camera you use but I like it more than his. It´s more shaky it represents better the experience.
Thank you so much brother! 🙏
He was my biggest inspiration when starting this channel 🙂 I use the GoPro Hero 12.

@@ProjectSimRacing Pardon. . mais lequel regarder . .
