I can relate the nail shaping. I don't know why most nail techs decide to do their own thing even when you have told then how you prefer your nails shaped to suit your fingers.

Right? they all say we do square for mine and they don't turn out exactly as I'd like and when I'd ask then to start with a square but round off the sides, some would say they will look weird. One time i told a tech to shape before washing because my nails expand when they touch water and they puuzad. I like a tech that works with you to get the best set for you.
