This guy is super intelligent and self aware. This conversation was topnotch. I have a relative that I wished this guy had adviced him on how to evaluate return and steps to take if he returns. Imagine he is self aware that he has changed, the shorts part at the funeral was a great example. He made the right choice for a wife and am really glad they are taking steps to ensure their children benefit from both lives. His patriarchy perspective and how women shd be aware of ancestral land etc is very important. They are very intentional and their house is super amazing. I as a young adult, I need to look for money. This guy ako na doh, land and a place to retire. I on the other hand, nimeambiwa boma yako imepewa mtu mwingine. Its all about the situation. Mwingine hataki majuu whike wengine are ready to leave Kenya.
That's why l see some swinging and flipping their house keys 🔑 in Majuu, oh l bought a 🏠, which they don't tell you they have entered into a Morgage loan, 3 to 4 years down the line, the same person goes quiet!. Why?. Because they realise they didn't know what a Morgage in Majuu means. You will sweat your self paying a loan that is not ending because the tax has been increasing at a very high rate, not to talk of HOA, insurance and others. If you happen to live in same morgage for 10 years and your AC which some starts breaking down from 10 yeqrs, the insurance will take you for a round to avoid paying for you, yet you paid all these years. Next time you post for others that you have bought a house in Majuu, update us 5 years, 10years, 15 years down the line so we know how your process is working for you. 😂😂😂. I bet you will have gone quiet along the way. If you are in Majuu and you haven't entered yourself in any Morgage, don't compare yourself with anyone who wants to prove what 4 to 5 bedrooms they are living in. Move at your own speed, don't put yourself pressure because of others. Some have successfully bought and fully paid especially those who bought theirs many years back. I fully support and am in agreement with this guy. KUDOS👏!. If you plan to go back to Kenya one day. Buy yourself land, thank me later. If you plan to live in Majuu forever, that's fine too.
