Hi great video. I have changed to another carburettor with manual choke. I have recently tried to install an automatic choke but can only find water in the hose but not water out hoses. Can you explain where it should be or where it should go?
Hello! It looks like the water return is through the carburetor body. Maybe you can tap the return line from the heater core to complete the loop. What carburetor did you use? are you satisfied?
It is from not changing the coolant every few years... it gets all muddy.... it should run better as that is where the choke "sense" the water temperature...
...the timing chain has a bit of slack, about 1/2" or so, on the driver's side ... passenger side is tight, the side where the tensioner is installed ...the chain, sprockets, all look good & shinny, no sign of damage as far as the eye can see ... should this be a concern ? @@varnasfix Great idea, I use a weber 32/36 and it works really well.
Mine where extremely clogged up with dirt. So confused how they got so dirty? Hopefully it runs better

You should be good. Those chains make a lot of noise when they go bad, you would definitely hear it...
