The original India spec 1.2 GT TSI is not a 'GT line' but the actual Polo GT. It sported a 77 KW TSI with DSG. The UK, EU 'GT line' you are mentioning had the lower spec 66KW TSI and could be had with both manual and a DSG. VW did not name the 1.2 TSI 77 KW DSG in Europe as a GT because it wanted to avoid confusion with the Blue GT, which had a bigger 1.4 TSi.

@@pranavp386 😂..it's a dq200 rated for 250nm ... will still handle a lot more torque than that....I guess it's only a stage 2 remap ,so the gearbox will hold... If something goes wrong...need to trust the mechatronics... it's such an intelligent design... I'm more concerned about the clutch also dq200 doesn't get a seperate clutch oil cooling circuit...if you got any doubts regarding the design or actuation do ping me ig @ryzen_killer

It would be okay if people knew how to fix it and parts were not super expensive...but sadly that's not the case. The stress of the potential of getting a ₹1.5-2L bill on a basic hatchback in the future itself is scary for me.
