People should learn this as stairs from small to bigger. every step of the stairs should be one letter so on top of the stair the K and at the bottom the mm with mts in the middle. then you explain that lowering stair is more to the right and going up stairs is more to the left of the point. 5km has to lower two steps so it's 5000mts for instance
thx for helping me !!!!
where does the micro meters/liters/grams go on this chart
You are a life saver its my exams tomorrow
Well,I suck at math so upload alotnof these thank you so much
Thank you!

What happens if you have to convert it to nano?
That actual helped me because I have a test today 😅
this helped me omg! thankyou
Thank thank u sir form INDIA 👏
3:37 you said it was 0.0065 kilometers but wrote it as 0.065 km above. Is this a mistake?
So I'm probably wrong here, but I think you've made a mistake. .065km is 6500cm, not 650
I forgot this during quarantine, so thanks for explaining it again!
Just saved my life! Thanks so much!
Very helpful, thanks!
Great to hear

Lyrics:You know, I figured out how to memorize the metric system. It's all based on powers of ten. So you just need to memorize a couple Latin prefixes and then you can measure anything. Just remember King Henry. Oh, you don't know about King Henry? Listen up:
King Henry Died Drinking Chocolate Milk,
King Henry Died Drinking Chocolate Milk,
King Henry Died (Base!) Drinking Chocolate Milk,
King Henry Died (Base!) Drinking Chocolate Milk!
It goes: Kilo, Hecto, Deca, (Base!)
Deci, Centi, Milli, wait.
Kilo, Hecto, Deca, (Base!)
Deci, Centi, Milli.
King Henry ordered cocoa by the kilogram,
That's 1000 grams, we could barely fit it in the van.
The driver drove over a hectometer,
100 meters, with no AC in a two seater.
I was feeling like a joker in a deck of cards,
Milking cows by the decaliter in the barn.
10 liters at a time, when I
Saw the van driver and gave her a piece of my mind.
I whispered at a decibel, 1⁄10 of a bel,
Saying that King Henry wasn't checking his health.
She made her fingers small like a centimeter,
1⁄100 of a meter, and said, please believe her:
“If he gets this much bigger, he might explode.”
I agreed, even a milligram of cocoa,
1⁄1000 of a gram, might change the throne,
'Cause hot chocolate can make a king turn cold.
King Henry Died Drinking Chocolate Milk,
King Henry Died Drinking Chocolate Milk,
King Henry Died (Base!) Drinking Chocolate Milk,
King Henry Died (Base!) Drinking Chocolate Milk,
It goes: Kilo, Hecto, Deca, (Base!)
Deci, Centi, Milli, wait.
Kilo, Hecto, Deca, (Base!)
Deci, Centi, Milli.
you are the best
Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This made measurement easier. #WhenUA-camMakesMathEasier

:OOOOO
Omg u are very good teachers
womp womp
Brooooooo 👁👄👁
I think this guy confuses points and commas for thousands and decimals respectively instead of vice versa like people normally write. He should specify this in the beginning of the video to avoid viewer confusion next time...
It depends on the country. I’m pretty sure France, for instance, uses a period between thousands and a comma as a decimal place.
moomoo
I learned this in school it is esay
Like si vienen por lo de science.
Si quien eres?
Unless he's allergic, I have no idea how King Henry died from drinking chocolate milk.
He was depressed that his wife and knights left him so he overdosed on chocolate milk. Like the phrase I learned, *"King Henry Died Unhappy Drinking Chocolate Milk"* as in "Kilo, Hecto, Deka, Unit, Deci, Centi, Milli", I hope it helped explain it.
Hm. Thanks.

"Henry", "Died", "Drinking", and "Chocolate" are all useless prefixes that are vestiges of the pre-SI metric world; for the love of John Wilkins, please stop teaching it this way. People only need to know the prefixes which are factors of 1000. And they're spelled, "metre", "litre", and "deca-"; I don't know why so many are hellbent on perpetuating a lie. Also, zeroes in front of the decimal point are required in the SI, the symbols for prefixes kilo- and lower are all lowercase, and kilometre is pronounced like millimetre, not like thermometer.
Thanks for the feedback
I hate this math video the quality is not good my vision is blurry
Who asked you no one cares what you say stfu okay
