    Chicken deopbap (1 serving)
    [Ingredients]
    100g boneless chicken leg meat
    1 egg
    1/3 (80g) onion
    1/3 cups (20g) green onion
    1/3 cups (60g) water
    3 tbsp (30g) soy sauce
    1&1/4 tbsp (15g) brown sugar
    1 tbsp (10g) cooking wine
    1 bowl (200g) rice
    Smoked anchovy powder
    Cooking oil
    [Directions]
    1. Cut the chicken into 2cm pieces.
    2. Slice the onion in half and cut it into 0.3cm thick. Slice the green onion diagonally in 0.3cm.
    3. Beat the egg lightly with chopsticks.
    4. Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, and cooking wine to make the deopbap sauce.
    5. Add cooking oil to the pan and grill the chicken with its skin side down.
    6. Once the chicken fat oozes out, roast the onion on the edges of the pan.
    7. When the chicken meat becomes golden, stir-fry with the onion.
    8. Once the chicken meat turns white, add the deopbap sauce and water and bring it to boil.
    9. Add the smoked anchovy powder, cover with a lid, and simmer.
    10. When the chicken is completely cooked, add the beaten egg and green onion and cover with a lid.
    11. Scoop the rice in a bowl and pour the deopbap over the rice.
