This is a really helpful video to explain the rules - although I have been having good losses, I quite fancy challenging myself to a week of SP plan to see if my losses improve even more and if I have the will power to do it.
Hi, I'm enjoying your videos, but I think you are mistaken over some of the things allowed on SP You include baked beans and say in your comments that you can syn them. However, it's impossible to syn free foods as there are no syns attached - if that were true you could include pasta, potatoes etc and syn them too. You also mention pea soup, but the same applies to peas - they are free, not speed or protein.
Hi! 👋 Im a veggie so this is all I’m eating on the Sp plan! You can have Quorn fillets, mince and pieces but they have to be plain and unflavoured. And you can have plain tofu, and soya too! Hope this helps 😊 x
hi enjoying the vids but im not sure about the carbs you are having on sp thought the only carbs you were allowed is the 1 healthy B and think its 15 syns but that may be for the fellas well done on the loses
Hi! Thanks for your comment! And thanks so much for watching! These are the updated rules from the latest Slimming World book which is why I’ve made the video 😃 Thats right! You can only have one extra b like I say in the video. The latest book says you can ‘choose two healthy extra a choices and one healthy extra b choice’. B choices include things like oats and wholemeal bread. It used to be a lot less carb friendly on the old rules didn’t it! So much better! The book also says now for extra easy SP you need to now to decide on ‘10 carefully counted syns’. These are just the general updated rules. I hope that helps x
You’re right! 😊 Baked beans are free not protein! You can still have them on the SP Plan as part of a cooked breakfast as part of your 10 syns, same as bread (if you’re not using it as you’re HeB). So you can choose to make a cooked breakfast completely SP and opt for all S, P and healthy extras (no syns) or add in a few free foods and syn them if you want to 😈 Just writing that has made me hungry… haha 😂 xx
Hi Nia, thank you so much for all the SP ideas! Brilliant and will help me a lot to boost my weight loss❤
Hi Olga! Thanks so much for watching! I'm glad the ideas helped
